The Command Given After Resurrection (Mt. 28:16-20)

Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God

The Command Given After Resurrection (Mt. 28:16-20)

Speaker Pastor Dusun Park | Interpreter Tiffany Han

Let us bless and greet one another, “Jesus is the Christ, the son of the living God.”  Today, may you receive the unprecedented answers.  The main scripture passage we read today may seem very burdensome to you, or it may sound that these words are irrelevant to my life.  There may be some people who think, “Oh, this Word is my life.”  When we drive our car on the freeway, let’s say it’s our first time driving there, and in the past, we didn’t even have a GPS, but on every street, there are signs.  For example, Arizona in X number of miles.  So there are these signposts along the way, and this is our first time driving down this road, and you’ve never been there before. You’re driving your car and the signposts are surely there; there’s a signboard that says, “In five miles, there’s a rest area, a gas station, and some places to eat.”  There are some people who look at those signboards and follow them. There are some people who are so trapped in their own thoughts that they drive right by the signboard.  There are some people who just don’t see it very well.

In today’s Word of God, there are people who follow the Word of God and follow it well, there are people who see it and continue to drive by, and there are people who don’t see it at all, but just because you don’t see it, doesn’t mean it’s not true; it’s still true. Or let’s say, you saw it, and you still drove past it, it’s still true. The wisest thing to do is to do what it says.

John 1:1 says that God is the Word, and God reveals Himself to us through His Word.  God created all the universe with His Word.  Some people think they see God physically but that could be your own emotion.  God is Spirit but He reveals Himself through His Word, and that’s why the Holy Spirit allows us to understand God’s Word.  Satan cannot change God’s Word. As you live your life, you don’t know what’s going to happen in your future.  It’s possible you don’t even understand your past completely.  But there is one way for you to know all of that. If you look at everything through the Word of God, then you’ll be able to see your past, present, and future.

1. Before the cross

  1) Calling (Mt. 4:19)

    (1) Come, follow me

In today’s scripture, these are the words that the Lord gave to His disciples as a promise after He resurrected.  Some people call this, “The Great Commission,” and it can seem to us as a very great burden, but the reaction or the emotion I have to this Word is not what’s important, but God’s perspective, giving this Word is what’s important.  Just because I find this daunting or overwhelming doesn’t mean it won’t be fulfilled, and just because I ignore this Word doesn’t mean it will not be fulfilled. This is the Word we must follow as our Word.

Let’s say that this Word and I are too far apart, then what must we do?  Should I just get rid of the Word, or should I get closer to that Word?  I need to get closer to that Word.  Just because you ignore God’s Word does not mean your life will take place; you need to get closer to God’s Word.

    (2) I will send you out

    (3) To fish for people

That is how we all must think, and today, we are coming to the last verse of Matthew, but in the beginning of Matthew, Jesus calls His disciples and says, “Come follow Me and I will make you fishers of men.” When Jesus calls us, He definitely tells us His method and His goal. Follow the Lord, we don’t see the Lord with our eyes, but we follow Him with the Word.  He says, “I will make you,” you cannot take “me” out of this, Jesus says, “I will make you fishers of men.”  But some people might hear those words and think, “Oh, if I follow Jesus, I will be a fisher who catches a lot of fish.” Do you think those thoughts will be fulfilled?  Later on, they’ll say, “Oh, I didn’t know.”  The Word of God is fulfilled without changing, and without a doubt, the Lord says, “I will make you fishers of men,” the Lord will do that.  But if you just pass by those words and think, “Oh, this is something I have to do,” that’s not right.  That’s why if you understand and believe in the Word of God accurately, then you are understanding and believing in God accurately.

Some people say, “These are the words Jesus is saying to His disciples, not to us.”  If that’s the case, then that means the Bible should never end; it should continuously be written.  But actually, this Bible is written so that the model of the disciples should become our model, and from the moment you believe in your heart that these words are correct, these works will begin. If you think you are too far away from these words, then you must adjust that to be closer to God’s Word.

  2) Teaching

    (1) 8 Beatitudes (Mt. 5:1-12)

Jesus called His disciples, and they only thought about physical blessings until that point, but Jesus teaches them what true blessings are.  What is the true blessing?  Jesus being with us is the true blessing.  Before that point, they thought, making a lot of money by catching a lot of fish, buying a house–that was a blessing.  But God is saying, “Me being with you is a blessing, and even people persecuting you for Me is a blessing.”  So, through this message, Jesus begins to change the inner systems they already had established inside of them.

    (2) First seek God’s kingdom and righteousness (Mt. 6:33)

Then He changes the order in which we must prioritize. Instead of seeking the physical things first, first seek His Kingdom and His righteousness, and then all the physical things you seek will follow you.  Before that point, studying, making money, hanging out, partying, and eating, that was our first priority.  So, as soon as you wake up in the morning, the first thing you think about is, “What do I have to do today?” or “What should I eat today?” or “Who am I going to meet today?” That’s the first thing we used to think about.  God says, “Don’t do that.” First, think of God’s Kingdom, first, the Kingdom of God where Christ is ruling and reigning over me.  Seek His righteousness, and the gospel of Jesus Christ is His righteousness. He begins to change that internal system inside of us.

    (3) Pay attention to the plank in your own eye first (Mt. 7:1-3)

Then Jesus Christ says, “If you don’t want to be criticized, then don’t criticize others.”  If you see the speck of dust in your brother’s eye, first see the plank in your own eye. This is very important.  But what we learn first is to criticize others.  We learn from a young age that everyone else is the problem.  Then when people get married like that, everything is the other person’s problem.  When we get a job and go into a business, everyone else is the problem.  That’s why the family, the business, and the church cannot stand.

What must we do?  Jesus is not telling you to turn a blind eye to other people’s flaws, but through that flaw, see your own flaw and then realize, “If that person has that flaw, then I have that, too.”  Therefore, you pray for them and allow the Holy Spirit of the Lord to reveal it to them, but if you go there and criticize them, it opens a way for Satan. You’re going into society, and if you don’t do this, you’re not going to be able to live, and if you can’t do this, then even when you get married, you won’t be able to stay married.  Studying diligently and getting a good job is not what’s important because once you get into that job, there’s so many things to criticize, like, “Oh, the owner is like this and my coworkers are like that,” but in reality, you’re hurting yourself and the owner will fire you.  “Because you have so many problems, you can leave, and the company doesn’t need people like that.”

What kind of people does the Lord need?   The correct way to think is realizing, “Oh, if there are so many problems in the company, why am I not able to help that?” This is what the Lord began to teach them.  Yes, your skills are important, but before those skills, your skills to save people are more important.  People get married because they love each other, but that’s not enough; you need to have the skill to save each other, isn’t that right?  You study so diligently and you get a job, but more so than that skill, you need to have the skill to save people.  This is very important.

First, not other people; me. “It’s not the company’s problem, but why am I not able to help that company?”  Then it becomes an opportunity for blessing when you pray, “God, give me the strength to help the company in this.”  Let’s say the owner is weak and powerless. Anyone could criticize them, “Don’t do that,” when you see that, you can realize two things, “Oh, do I have that problem?” and “Do I have the ability to help with that problem?” That’s the point that God works for, but we end it with criticism.  “Oh Lord, please work upon me so that through me, I can help the owner of the company.”  No matter how much you try to succeed, God will not let you succeed unless you have this.

Success should naturally take place; everyone needs to agree, “We have to raise this person up,” but how difficult is it?  Because everyone is killing each other in competition.  At the very least, our young adults and our future generations must be raised correctly, and that’s why the Lord said to put what is first, first.

  3) Reveal to you

    (1) Jesus is the Christ, the son of the living God (Mt. 16:16)

    (2) Only Jesus (Mt. 17:1-8)

    (3) This Gospel of the kingdom will be preached as a testimony to all nations – End of the world (Mt. 24:14)

Then Jesus says that the gospel of the kingdom will be preached as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.  No matter what happens, it’s still not the end. Everyone in the world uses their own standards to say, “We’re doomed, we’re doomed.” It’s still not the end; even if we have another pandemic, it’s still not the end.  Only when the gospel of the kingdom has been proclaimed to all peoples on earth will the Lord come again.  So, we already know the end and we press on forward.  If people don’t know the end, they say, “This is the end of the world; this is the end of the age; or this is the end of my life,” but it’s not.  Then the Lord said, “I will die on the cross and resurrect in three days,” and when the Lord said that He was going to die, the disciples were so sad about that.  Why were the disciples so sad?  Because even though they were following the Lord, there was a kingdom they wanted for themselves, and because of that, the Lord could not die, “Because then I’m not going to get what I wanted.” So they felt sad, and even though Jesus told them, they pretended like He didn’t hear it.

2. Death on the cross and resurrection

  1) Death on the cross – Solved mankind’s problem of sin

    (1) Disciples didn’t know the meaning (Mt. 17:22-23)

    (2) Disciples didn’t want Jesus to die (Mt. 16:21-23)

Then when Jesus said He had to die, they said, “I’ll never let you die.”  Aren’t there any of us living our walk of faith like that? “I am the master of my life, and there is a life that I want to live, and Lord, just give me what I want.” The Lord had to die on the cross for us to live, but I’m sure there are many people who go to church without knowing the meaning of that.  There will be people who only follow and believe in the Lord, thinking that He will grant them what they want.

    (3) Deny Jesus (Mt. 26:70-74)

When Jesus Christ died on the cross, Simon Peter lied and said, “Curses be upon me if I am lying; I don’t know that man!”  You and I are following the exact same time schedule as the disciples. I’m sure the disciples were completely broken and in despair. “Where is God?” they said.  “He’s dead, where is God? And everything we were thinking of, everything we dreamed of, it’s not going to happen.”  I’m sure there are some people who think like that, but you need to fall into that true despair. If somebody is falling into that true despair, and you say, “Oh, don’t do that,” you’re actually blocking that time schedule. We need to come to the rock bottom of our lives where we are truly in despair.  “Oh, my life doesn’t work out the way I want,” then what do we have to do?  Things work out according to the will of God’s Word.

There was a woman named Hannah who got married and could not have any children. And the husband needed to carry on his lineage, so he took another wife, and she had many children for him. And Hannah saw that and felt so bad about that. Why do you think she felt bad? She was praying to God saying, “I got married first, but why is it that you brought this other woman and gave her so many children, but none to me?” She was crying out to God like that, but actually, a lack of answers is the answer for a prayer like that.  Hannah was crying and lamenting but she had no answers, then do you think God is dead?  No.

What is prayer?  Is prayer just asking to get what you want?  Then, Hannah didn’t receive any answers.  Hannah was asking for children but He didn’t give her any. Then, is God powerless? Then what is the true answer?  As she was praying, God finally allowed her to realize.  “Not a child for yourself, Hannah, but a child for the Lord, the prophet Samuel.”  That’s what God desired. What is the true answer? It is being able to realize what God truly desires; from that point on, God works.  Hannah received that answer and she was praying and praising with joy.

What process is all of this?  It is the process of changing my internal system where I was living my own life as my own god, centered on  myself.  In Genesis 3, what did Satan say to work upon Eve?  Satan hooked Eve by saying, “If you eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, then you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”  The Word of God truly said, “If you eat the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, you will surely die,” but do you know what the real problem is?  The very state of being separated from God’s Word is the problem. The fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil is not the problem.  We say this, “The tree of the knowledge of good and evil, that’s the problem.”

Why would a tree be a problem? A tree is just a tree. The problem is that inner system inside of me.  God said to never eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and they should have kept that Word, but little by little, the message that Satan gave them was, “You will be like God, you will decide what is right and what is wrong,” and after that point, when they looked at the fruit of knowledge of good and evil, they saw it was good for food, pleasing to the eye, and desirable for gaining wisdom, and that’s why they ate the fruit. From that point on, the husband and wife began to fight, they  were feared with fear, they had problems with their business, and from that point on, their firstborn son Cain killed Abel.  Some people say Cain is the problem, “Why is it that he works so diligently and has no blessings?”  Some people say the woman is the problem in the family, and the woman says the man is the problem. Is that right? Everybody is lying. What is the real problem?  God told us not to eat the fruit of knowledge of good and evil, but the state we are in, wanting to eat it, that’s the problem.

  2) Jesus’s resurrection

    (1) Break the power of the devil who holds the power of death (Heb. 2:14)

Just like Peter and the 12 disciples, they were following Jesus, but when He was crucified, they felt into despair and went back to what they used to do. I’m sure on the inside, they were feeling, “What was the point of believing in Jesus? It was all useless.” But what was the standard with which they thought that?  “God’s not giving me what I want.” What state is that?  We are in a spiritual state of being our own god, imagining a life we want for ourselves.  That state must be crucified on the cross with Christ.  The forces of Satan and death seize us with that lie.

That’s why Heb. 2:14 says that Christ has come to this earth to destroy the one who has the power over death, that is, the devil, because in that kind of state, you will be a slave until the very end. If you stay under that state, then you have to be a slave to Satan, under fear, all the time.  That’s the reason Jesus died on the cross.  The old “me” who used to want to be my own lord, that must die on the cross.  Now, the Lord resurrected and is living inside of me, and now He is my Lord, and now we must simply follow the Lord. Then we will be conflicted inside because there’s something I want.  “When I believed in Jesus, I thought he would give me a family like this,” but the problem is, it didn’t happen like that. Then who’s the real problem?  That person will say, “That person is the problem, and the man says, “That woman is the problem.  Then they have children who think, “My parents are the problem,” and that is how Satan is actually controlling everyone through lies.

What is it that the Lord truly desires?  It is the Kingdom of God where Jesus is our Lord. I’m not happy because of that person, I’m happy because of the Lord. “I thought I’d be happy with that woman, and that’s why I married her, but I’m not happy, I wish she were no longer in my life,” and then you just endure it and bear it.  Just like Hannah, you’re saying, “I’m not getting any answers.  I wish that person would change but You’re not changing them.”  And then you say there are no answers. But what is the Lord telling you? “I am the Master of your Life. Entrust it to your Lord.  “You are not happy because of that man or because of that woman; you must be happy in Me alone.”

What is true happiness? Being with God itself is happiness, and that is how we humans were created; there is nothing else that could ever make us happy.  In order to give us that happiness, Jesu says, “I will die on the cross with you and I will live with you.” But we’re so separated from that, we try to find happiness in life through our job, and when that doesn’t happen, we say, “My life is not working.”  In that spiritual state, it doesn’t matter how much you pray because you’re not going to get answers.

    (2) Freed from slavery (Gal. 2:15)

    (3) Resurrection of my body (1 Cor. 15:20-22

  3) It is finished (Jn. 19:30)

    (1) Problems of the past, present, future – Solved (Eph. 2:1-6)

Jesus Chhrist finished all the problems of our past, present, and future on the cross.  I tell people that and they think, “Well, if Jesus finished my problems, why do I still have problems?” I’ll tell you again, especially for people like that. Let’s say you have so much money to the point that you’ll be set until you die, and you have accomplished the success you’ve always wanted, then will you have no problems?  Will you have problems or not?  Do you truly believe that if you got everything you wanted, you will have no problems?  Shall we listen to the person who has the most wealth in the world?  Should we listen to the king who married 3000 women or studied the greatest wisdom of the world? The confession of that king is, “Everything is vain, vain vain,” then what is in vain?  We must rely on only God, but instead, I was holding onto something else, thinking it could give meaning to my life, but in the end, it is meaningless.  Shall I express it another way?

People thought, “If I become the king, or if I marry 3000 women, or if I study so much and learn so much knowledge, I won’t have any problems,” but King Solomon is saying, “I still have problems.” Then what’s the real problem?  That’s what the whole Bible is telling us.  Through the Original Sin of being separated from God, we are filled with curses and disasters. We are seized and enslaved by the one who has the power over sin, which is Satan, and after we die, we face God’s judgment and go to hell, this is the problem. That problem has been finished.  Not only has He finished that problem, but He is with me perfectly now.  The Lord is with me as my true King and my True Lord.  That’s the reason Jesus Christ came to the earth to die on the cross and resurrect.  Peter didn’t want that, he wanted to live a life of suffering.  It’s possible that we are the same way.  The Lord wants to give you the true blessing.  Being one with God, the fact that God’s thoughts will be revealed through me. That’s the image of God, that’s how our mental problems are healed.  The Lord is inside of my emotions and reveals His emotions through me, that’s how we heal depression, and God is saying, “I’ll give you this blessing.  That’s why I must die on the cross and resurrect.”  Peter said, “I don’t want that, I need to do what I want to do.”  But King Somoon said, “You can try; it’s all useless, it’s all vain.”  He realized what’s true.  Today, if you and I understand the Word God desires correctly and it is embedded into our hearts like a well embedded nail, then God’s glory will hang on that. You do have problems, but it’s not a problem. Why would it be a problem?  God is my Lord, and God has a plan.  Then, why would it be a problem?  Yes, you face crises, but why is that a crisis? The Lord is my Lord, and Peter said, “I don’t want that, give me what I want,” and if you pray in that state, not receiving an answer is God’s answer.

    (2) Live in me (Gal. 2:20)

    (3) Law of Spirit and life (Rom. 8:2)

3. Command given after resurrection

  1) Mount of Olives

That Lord resurrected and He gathered 120 disciples to the Mount of Olives. It says that some of them doubted, and it’s the same thing today. Some people doubt, “Did the Lord really resurrect? Did He exist?” Most people believe, but this is what the Lord said.

    (1) All authority in heaven and on earth (Mt. 28:18)

“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.”  Why did Jesus say that?  He is saying, “I am God.” Only God has all authority in heaven and on earth.  The resurrected Lord has come to them and said, “I am God,” then what?  Therefore go.  Where should we go?  You’ve been set free from the world; now go into the world with a mission.  Let’s say a North Korean defector came out of North Korea and received the gospel outside of North Korea. They defected from North Korea because they hated North Korea, but once they received the gospel, some of them decided to go back in.  Why do you think they decided to go back? Because they need to go back to proclaim the gospel to them. Were you in the midst of suffering in the world, in your family? The Lord has finished it all, He is with you now, and then He sends you back in, to do what?  “Tell them that this problem is not a problem; there’s another true problem, and the Lord has died on the cross and resurrected to solve that problem.”  If you receive that Lord as your Lord, you’ll change to be new.

You can stand as a witness of that, saying, “I used to be like you in the past, but now I realize the truth.” That’s the reason God has sent you to America, that’s the reason God allowed you to suffer in your past.  Is that right?  Amen, you’ve been set free from the scars of your past.  We’ve given you the Word, why is it a scar? Why was it such a shock or trauma to me?  You can’t escape from your scars or your trauma, that’s a fact. How could you escape from that? It’s impossible, but there is one way to escape.

The fact of the scar is not what’s important; what’s important is, what state were you in when you received that scar? You were in a state like Simon Peter. There is something I want, and it wasn’t happening according to that, so that’s why the other person’s words are a scar to me.  Think about it very carefully, I’m centered on my own pride, and that person didn’t say words that were kind to my pride, he said words that were against my pride, and then we hold on until the very end saying, “He hurt my pride, it’s a scar.” The devil knows that, goes into your scar, and plays with it. Then, no matter how much therapy you get, it’s not going to help.  You need to know what state you are in and you need to come out of that.  You need to be set in a state that is centered on God.

“Oh wow, if I didn’t have this scar in my past, would I be able to hold onto the gospel of Jesus Christ today?” Right now it doesn’t matter anymore because the Lord God will make their judgment.  You guys all look fine on the outside, but you have mental problems and scars on the inside that can’t be healed. If you understand these words correctly, you can be set free and it will no longer be a scar to you. Look at Joseph, his older brothers tried to kill him, what a big scar is that? But what was his spiritual state? “God is sending me to Egypt. It’s not that my older brothers were trying to kill me, but God is using that to send me to Egypt to save in advance.  Then, it’s a fact that my older brothers sold me into slavery, but it’s not a scar anymore.”

Why do you come to church? To hear this. The church is not where you’re going to learn how to catch more fish; the church is the place to hear the answer to the problem that the world cannot solve. Because you’re liberated from that problem, you’re filled with joy, and because you’re filled with joy, you can tell others about it.  Do you think I’m telling you just a theory, or do you think I’m telling you what I witnessed myself? Anyone can tell you a theory if they’ve studied it.  Do I seem like a witness to you right now? I’m telling you this as a witness. Nothing is a problem.  No matter how large a problem you face, it doesn’t matter, because there is a work the Lord is oding through that.k You live with that faith.  You can’t buy that with money.  No matter how much you exercise, if your mind is collapsed, you will have a disease.

    (2) Make disciples of all nations (Mt. 28:19)

Then Jesus says, “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them.”  “Teach them to obey everything I have commanded you.” It means you tell other people about Jesus Christ, you baptize them and you bring them into the church, and in the church, they hear the message that Jesus told His disciples all the way from Matthew until the end until they are then raised up to make disciples of their own. That’s what the church does.

    (3) Baptize, teach – Churchification (Mt. 28:19-20)

    (4) Always with (Mt. 28:20)

Even that, Jesus says, “Surely, I am with you always, so don’t worry.” From the very beginning, Jesus says, “I will make you fishers of men.” Then how is the Lord with me? He was resurrected and He went to the throne of heaven, but He came to me as the Holy Spirit.

  2) Promise (Ac. 1:8)

    (1) Filling of the Holy Spirit

For us, we accepted the Holy Spirit when we accepted Jesus, and now, only when the Holy Spirit comes upon us will we receive power to be witnesses of Jesus until the ends of the earth. For the early church, after ten days, the Holy Spirit came upon them and they were filled with the Holy Spirit. But for us, we received the indwelling of the Holy Spirit the moment we accepted the gospel of Jesus Christ, and now we must pray for the Holy Spirit to fill us. Then, God will take us to the very ends of the earth to be a witness for Jesus.  The Lord will make us a witness and take us to the ends of the earth. Our business, our academics, everything will be used for this purpose.  That’s why you work while you pray.  If you’re studying and you realize, “Wow, this study will be used to save all the people of the world,” then your heart will race. So if these kids are only studying so they can survive, how oppressed are they? But if you believe that the Lord is with you and He will do His work through your business or studies, then it makes your heart race.  The only problem is that God’s Word and I are so far apart.  When I become closer to God’s Word, it’s good, because you believe God will work according to His Word.  That’s why when you pray, you pray while you remember and when you study, you study, remembering and praying about this covenant.  When you’re working, you can work while you pray and remember His covenant.

    (2) Authority

    (3) To the ends of the earth – Witness

Let’s say while you’re doing that, you face a problem, it doesn’t matter because the Word will be fulfilled.  I told you guys about this, when we’re driving on a freeway, the destination follows the signs. Just because you doubt the signs doesn’t mean it’s not really there. The destination is there. I need to change myself, I should not ask God to change, isn’t that right?  Peter was asking God to change, Peter was asking for God to give him the kingdom he wanted, but God is saying, “That’s suffering; that’s torment.”  That’s why Jesus Christ died on the cross and resurrected and went to Simon Peter as the Holy Spirit and then he became the one who dreams about God’s Kingdom that God desires.  Then, they held onto this word of the covenant that God entrusted to them, and prayed together in the church.

  3) Promise – Prayer

    (1) At church (Ac. 2:1)

    (2) Region (Ac. 2:46-47)

    (3) Antioch – To the world (Ac. 13, 16, 19, 27)

Then, in Acts 2:46 it says they gathered region by region, praying about this.  They were praying for missions, and then this gospel spread throughout the entire world through the Antioch Church.

Conclusion

1. Word of promise – In me – Through prayer

Even right now, God is fulfilling HIs Word exactly. Even right now, things do not work according to your will; they work according to God’s will.

2. Word of promise at church – As system

So, what’s important is that God’s unchanging Word is imprinted, rooted, and natured into me, and the church must be imprinted, rooted, and have the nature in these Words.

3. Word of promise in the field

In the field of your job and school, this Word must be imprinted, rooted, and natured, and I believe that, according to God’s promise, He will be with you and will guide you.  So, the command Jesus gave after the resurrection, is it burdensome to you, will you follow it, or will you ignore it? There are three options. The reason you shouldn’t be disappointed is because you can see, “Where am I now?” That is how you can confirm, through the Word of God, your current state or spiritual address.  When this command becomes my entire life, nothing will be a problem to me. Nothing will matter to me because I believe God will fulfill His Word. May you stand as a witness of the resurrected Lord’s command.

Message Prayer

Let us pray together holding onto the Word that Jesus has given to each of us today, and if the Word is very distant from us, prayer will shorten that distance. If that Word is aligned with you, then you pray for that Word. Let’s pray with a joyful heart.

Offering Prayer and Newcomer Blessing

God, we thank You.  We thank You for allowing us to know and believe the true gospel of Jesus Christ that the world does not know.  We thank You for giving us the faith to know the reason why Jesus Christ had to die on the cross and resurrect, and to take up the Great Commission you have given to us, with the Lord being with us, as Your witness. We have returned the materials You have given to us as offering.  We pray that You will bless all the hands that have given this offering, for the tithe, for the church, the temple construction, the missions for world missions, and all the other offering we have given. We believe the answer of the economy of light will happen according to the faith that we have given with. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray, amen.

God, we thank You. We pray that You will bless the newcomers today.  We pray that You will bless them so that the Word of the covenant will be fulfilled. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
