Bartizan means, to watch. What do you watch? To see the enemies approaching. You bring the people who are stranded outside, bring them into the tower to be saved from enemies. Once they’re within the towers, give them healing with the words of God so they can live with the Israelites. God has prepared these kinds of people in the 237 nations, so I pray for them. What happens when you build the bartizan? It means the enemies will approach. Someone must raise the bartizan and be the watchman. Someone in the church must be the watchman and bartizan for the church to be revived. In order to save myself, I must be God’s bartizan and awake and alert. Otherwise, the things Satan planted within me will overpower me and I have no choice but to be dragged in the way that Satan wants me dragged. First, you need to raise God’s bartizan within you to protect yourself and save yourself.
Genesis 3 Me-Centered, 6 Physical-Centered, 11 Success-Centered
Without breaking this down, even if you have good thoughts, you only know yourself, so you only spend and save money for your benefit and you only move towards the ways of success. This is Satan’s bartizan. If Satan’s bartizan is within you, you have no choice but to be a slave to Satan.
Acts 1:1 Christ
Many people confess Christ but they don’t change their master. They confess and relay “priest, prophet, and king” to others so well, and that’s what Peter did, so he confessed this through God’s grace, not his own accord, so you need to experience and realize why Jesus Christ had to die on the cross and resurrect, otherwise you will live by your own thoughts and feelings.
Triune God – Word, Salvation, Power
You say things are problems, but God is with you with His Word. Come to this conclusion, and this bartizan will be within you. You don’t have this, and instead, you think your own thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Do you know why people in the church and outside the church continue to suffer? It’s because they live centered on their thoughts and feelings. Of course it’s a big deal, the person lived self-centered up until now and cannot solve this problem before them. Even if they go to all the counselors and try to change themselves, it won’t happen. Our standard is “me” from a very young age, we can’t change to being Christ-centered very quickly. We must be imprinted with Christ, and once you come to the answer of Christ, you come to the covenant from God.
Power of the Throne
People say, “Why does this happen to me even though I go to church?” Give the answer to those who think this way, without you changing this, this won’t work out. Christ is God, but why are we trying to take the place of God? The bartizan of Satan will be taken away. God’s things must be within me for this to change into power. God’s things must come upon me. Where does it say in the Bible that God’s power must come upon me? You must know this word to hold onto it in faith. Hold onto the promise that, only when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, what is the Holy Spirit? It is the power of God. Where is the power of the throne? It is within you. Once it is within your soul, your thoughts, emotions, and heart, what happens? Because this power comes upon me, my church, and my business, I’m able to receive answers. You receive unprecedented, never repeated answers. Making your own answers is how nonbelievers live, but you receive the power that comes from the throne. Because God’s power comes upon you, my past, present, and future is used to save the ends of the earth.

Through the pulpit, the church comes to life. The church officers go into the field and the field comes to life. You can’t do this with your own things. It is through “only.”

You’re caught in darkness when you don’t know this.
5 Authorities
First, spiritual power, and you receive wisdom to evangelize. It’s not wisdom to study well, but it’s the wisdom to evangelize. God didn’t just give Daniel wisdom, God gave Daniel the wisdom to save Babylon, and God gives you physical power because you need to go to the ends of the earth and save. God will give you financial power, money. God will bless your finances to go to the ends of the earth. God will attach the people to go to the ends of the earth. God will attach blessed people and that’s why God will attach people to you to do this. That’s why you don’t have to ask for anything. If you pray for what God deems as important, this won’t be a problem. But because you don’t have the things of God, you need things like money. But money, success must naturally happen and follow you, but instead, you chase after success, why? It is evidence that you have no strength or power. If you have strength, no reason for God to give you strength or power. The people who have nothing to do with the ends of the earth? God just gives them power for their day-to-day, but that’s it. Place this within you as your bartizan.

7 Journeys
People who are imprinted in “me, physical things, and success” will be anxious and worried. The things within you are revealed. You have no choice but to have that problem. Without solving the source, it’s bound to be revealed, but if you are within this, you can find God’s answer within the problem. I told you earlier, quickly change yourself with God’s Word, or evil spirits will go into you. You go to church but there are people you don’t like. It’s not that, but you need to quickly change yourself. If you leave that alone, once you get married, what happens? Once this hatred continues, evil spirits go into you and the families are destroyed as the people are already separated. These are people who don’t have a relationship with God first. Instead of having a relationship with God, they start to love the world instead.
What is the world? John 3:16. You love things instead of God so you’re unable to pray, you’re unable to receive the word spiritually. Then you’ll be dragged by the devil, a slave to the world. It’s even more frustrating, as the generations go on, they become more wicked and the children become more and more evil. It doesn’t matter even if you go to church. You live without knowing you’re centered on this. The devil says, “I know Paul and Jesus, but who are you?”
7 Guideposts
God’s time schedule. Those who have this will never shake or waver. Don’t hold onto yourself, there’s no Christ. Until you are set with Christ, you have no choice but to waver. You waver, what happens? You continue to crumble, and that’s why you need to set this within you through prayer. Set it within you while you’re a remnant, because as you age, it becomes more difficult. Do this every single day. You eat every day, you buy your lunch, but you always forget this, meaning this is not your nature. According to God’s time schedule, you raise the absolute bartizan.
Absolute Bartizan
You raise people like you, self-centered, and you waver because you hold onto your things. That could be an idol, you hold onto ideology and individualism, how could that overcome the devil? Even the greatest things could not overcome the devil, and that’s how America is deceived. They think it’s the culture of the church. If you’re caught within it, you’ll be overpowered by Satan. The seven journeys and guideposts are bound to follow.
Only Christ
Root this within you. If you just do this once, you can know it, so you can know it with your head but it’s different when it’s really rooted in your heart. That must be rooted within you as God’s kingdom.
God’s Kingdom

When your imprint, root, and nature is in the Triune God, you overcome the world. Jesus has overcome the world, not me. Israelites were captives to the world because they couldn’t overcome the world, but God did. When God’s important bartizan is set within me, I can overcome, too.
Today, we will talk about the heavenly mandate. When did Peter hear his heavenly mandate? Only Christ. What does this mean, “only Christ”? It means to deny yourself. That is “only Christ.” Denying yourself means you follow the Lord. If you deny yourself, does that mean to put yourself down and ignore yourself? You need to know the meaning behind this. It means, you can’t do this yourself. I know about sin, Satan, curses, disasters, and hell, but I can’t do it. The “me” who tries to live by my strength and with the things Satan planted within me has been crucified on the cross. These are the lies Satan planted within us, and that’s all crucified on the cross with Christ, how? Through faith.
How could we be crucified on the cross? We don’t even seek Jesus. Believing that Christ died on the cross means your center, your standard, and the things you thought were right, Gen. 3, 6, and 11 have been crucified on the cross, but is that enough? You have to have the resurrection. The resurrection means you deny yourself and follow Him, do you understand? Then that is when you deny yourself and are able to follow after the Lord and you’re able to hear the heavenly mandate.
This is something that also happened for Paul, God gave him the heavenly mandate from the beginning. “I have called you as my instrument to save the Jews, the Gentiles, and their kings,” and if Christians don’t know this, they will fail in the world while living their walk of faith. The one who has saved me, does it just end there? It continues to guide me, Even if you think of it logically, if God created us as His creation, there must be a plan and goal. Does He just make things without thinking? There is a goal. So, even with our lives, we have a goal. Even cats have a goal in mind as they live. Their goal is to eat, sleep, and survive, and homeless people have a goal as well. All people have a goal in their lives. Do you think the creator God created us with a goal and let us be? No, when He saved us, He had a goal in mind. That’s what we call God’s heavenly mandate.
Coming upon me, that’s what we call the calling, and it will change into the mission. First, experience God’s power, His heavenly mandate that solved the 12 problems, and that’s why, restore the gospel. Enjoy the gospel and proclaim it.
Ezekiel 3:17-18
Ezekiel’s heavenly mandate is to be a watchman. You need to relay the gospel to nonbelievers. If not, God will hold you accountable for their blood. The Israelites failed and became slaves and captives and colonies to other nations. They were held accountable. Paul said, “If I’m not able to relay this gospel, may I be accursed. “Should I or not?” You must have the heavenly mandate and have no choice but to share the gospel.
Ezekiel 3:19
You share the gospel and they don’t accept? You will have saved yourself. But if you don’t, this problem will be passed to your children. I’m okay but my kid goes around with drug addicts. Sometimes this punishment comes upon me or my children. If you lose hold of the heavenly mandate, you’ve lost hold of the gospel and live with another goal in mind, then what happens? The disasters and curses have no choice but to come. It may come into your family, and this is what the Israelites faced.
Ezekiel 3:20
This is talking about the believers in the church. You relay to them God’s mission that God has for their work or studies, but if they turn to it, that’s great, but if not, you’ll be held accountable. But if they do end up turning because they received this warning, you will have saved yourself. You need to quickly restore God’s heavenly mandate. If God doesn’t do it, it won’t work out. If you use all sorts of methods, it won’t work out. Whether I die or not, it doesn’t matter. I live for the gospel. But if you don’t relay this to the future generations, they will suffer, why? Because they hold onto something else. They live, seized by the world. This is the heavenly mandate God gave to Ezekiel.
Genesis 1:2-3
God was creating things, but at that time, there was no order, it was formless, empty, and nothing was in it. Within that, God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God said, meaning, God created light with His Word. He said, “Let there be light,” and the darkness fled. He used the Word to form the light, so the formlessness and emptiness disappeared. God’s Word came upon the situation so chaos and confusion was changed into order. If God’s Word isn’t within us, we will continue to be within darkness, formlessness, and emptiness. We share the gospel to change the person’s spiritual state.
Genesis 3:15
If this answer and Word isn’t within Adam, he has no choice but to seized by curses, disasters, and sin. God needed to give this word for Adam and Eve to come to life. It’s not about whether you should or shouldn’t; you must give them the Word. God said He would do this, and the people who do this are called, “disciples.” How could we do this while working and studying? Thieves can steal in any situation, drug addicts do drugs anywhere they go. If you have no money, if you’re poor, it doesn’t matter, and if I’m working and going to school, how can I share this gospel and answer? If you stake your life and share this answer, you will find yourself in situations where you have no choice but to. This is the absolute bartizan. You don’t waver because of the future or of your circumstances. The disciple who receives answers in their studies and work because of this. When God gave us the heavenly mandate, it’s that God prepared all blessings so we can do this. This must be placed as the absolute bartizan within us to raise the absolute bartizan.
Genesis 6:14
It was the ark within the age of disasters and the flood, you need to do this. If you just do Bible study with this, you’ll be in trouble. You need the absolute bartizan that share only this to the people in the world. God will give you the talent and specialization to save your fields. This is a bartizan that is placed within you and your field to raise the disciples in the field. God has prepared these kinds of people. Without doing this, nothing will take place. Without having this absolute bartizan within me, I will continue to shake.
People say, “I’m busy, I’m weak, I don’t have time,” it’s rightful but God said, “I will give you the strength to only do this,” but the problem is you haven’t received this as your heavenly mandate that you will only do this. Priscilla and Aquila said they would only do this, and that’s how they received blessings and answers within their business. That is how they were able to confess, “Even if I have to die or pluck my own eyes out, I will continue to serve the evangelist.” these were the church officers who were raised in Mark 16.
We have many excuses, we don’t have “only.” The people who decide they will only do drugs, they do it, regardless of time or location or circumstance. If you hold onto this as your heavenly mandate, this is the only thing you will do, and God will open your eyes to do this. Stake your lives on this so your eyes open. Even to get a Nobel prize, your eyes must be open and you dedicate your life to it, and we are walking within this journey of answers. Even if you’re not able to do it now, God will make it so you can do it in the future, but without knowing this path, you’ll be in great trouble. You must know why you are wavering. If you don’t know the reason, you’ll just waver and fall for no reason.
Genesis 12:1-3
Within the midst of the disaster of the tower of Babel, God gave Abraham his covenant directly because there was no one else to share this gospel. In Galatians, it said God had given Abraham the covenant, God directly gave Abraham the heavenly mandate. “With this heavenly mandate, go out and share the gospel to every nation, starting with your son, Isaac.” This is your heavenly mandate.
Exodus 3:18
The Israelites were slaves to Egypt for 440 years, they weren’t able to come out of this. The Israelites were slaves to money, power, and success. They’re seized within their own thoughts, caught in their mental problems and can’t come out of it. So, someone needs to come out of this, hold onto this as their heavenly mandate, and stake their life. That was Moses. Moses first needs to understand these words. Exodus 3:18, these were the words where this is the answer that must be relayed to the Israelites. What answer? Offer sacrifices to the LORD our God. If you want to meet God, it can only be done through the blood sacrifice. They had to spread the blood upon the doorframes to give worship to God. That was the answer to this problem. That’s when they began to make a tabernacle. In the age of Abraham, there weren’t a lot of people, but they had 2 million people in the Exodus and they had to come together to worship, and this is what Moses held onto as his heavenly mandate and staked his life on it. Even now, there are remnants and absolute bartizans who are like Moses who are to stake their lives.
Isaiah 6:13
The Israelites don’t have the answer and are continuously in a state of failure and desolation. So, because they will continue to repent and return, God said, “I will leave them in that state,” until the stump remains who are able to relay this answer. Because they continuously prayed and asked for forgiveness and returned, God said, “I can’t deal with this,” they come when they face problems, but when they don’t face problems, they go out and play, that’s why God said, “I’ll just leave them be.” God said He would leave them be until they receive the fundamental answer of the gospel, and this remnant realized the answer. Until this person rises up, we can’t do it by ourselves, even if we pray and do everything else, it won’t work. Until the person who says, “It must only be evangelism and missions,” that’s when it will work out, and that is the remnant, God’s hidden answer. Just because you’re young doesn’t mean you’re a remnant, it doesn’t matter how old you are. There are remnants among the middle-aged, young people, old people, and pastors. But as we look at the whole generation, we put our hope in the future generation. But if they don’t have this answer, we have no future or hope. The future generation did not know about this and continued to suffer. The remnant movement doesn’t mean you gather the future generation to receive grace. There are hidden remnants who dedicate their lives and come from among the crowd, but these are the people we are trying to raise. We don’t just go to RCA because we’re remnants, but because we have this answer. You don’t go to become a remnant, but you go as the remnant. It would be great if everyone was the remnant, but it’s not so, because in the midst of all these people, there are God’s people, so we raise other people as leaders and staff to find these people because that was Jesus’ method. He selected 12 disciples and 70 disciples, and through these people who didn’t waver, God changed the entire world.
Are you in despair? Are you hopeful? If you’re in despair, it’s not for you; if you’re hopeful, the way to change despair to hope is by praying. Isaiah said, “Send me, Lord.”
Matthew 16:16
They weren’t able to come out of their colonization by Rome. The Israelites were in Egypt but their inner state was liberated. For the people who had this answer, it doesn’t matter if they’re in Rome or wherever. They can change Rome, but without this answer, people were crushed by Rome instead. Relay this answer, Jesus is the Christ the son of the living God. Without relaying this answer, it cannot take place. The future generation faces problems like drug addictions and gun shootings, so we need the businesspeople who only do this. “If I do this, God will bless my business.” Not those kinds of people. You don’t know when these kinds of people will run away. “It’s okay if I crumble because I will continue to do this,” these are the bartizans. These are the kinds of people God will attach to the bartizans. Even though Peter was lacking, He was with him until the very end. Peter was sincere but could not do this on his own.
Romans 16:25-27
God planned this before you were even born. You need to know this. The plan is now being revealed, so proclaiming the gospel, God reveals it according to His time schedule and we need people to go all into this. It says, “To the only wise God be glory forever” in Rom. 16:27. The God who existed from long ages past is now being revealed as the Triune God forever, He has prepared this from long ages past, and for me, who is living in this age, I receive this as my heavenly mandate. The people who have placed this within them as the bartizan will never shake. God moves all things with this as His center. When will my family problems be solved? When the gospel is proclaimed. When will Israel be restored? Don’t worry about the time. Know the answer for your family problem and proclaim it, and God will work according to the time schedule. God’s heavenly mandate. Because you don’t know this and hold onto it, you hold onto things that have no choice but to crumble and fall, the things of the world. Instead of holding onto the blessings, you hold onto not-blessed things. Relay the not-blessed things and your children have no choice but to crumble and fall.
God will work upon your children first because this will work, your child isn’t just your child, and just because you say, “My kid, my kid,” doesn’t mean it will work out. God must place this within them. Hold onto this heavenly mandate. This is the life of the evangelist, 21 life points, your heavenly mandate. As you look at your church, holding onto this, there are a lot of people who come to church and go out into the field. Are absolute bartizans being raised in the field? How many bartizans are within the field who can do this? If there isn’t a bartizan, then disasters will eventually overtake them. If you’re a watchman but you’re not alert and you’re falling asleep, the enemies will come.
When I was in the army, I was on the frontlines. I could see North Koreans, not up close, but from a few hundred meters away, with binoculars, and we raised bartizans, 24 hour watchmen, and they need to continuously be on watch, 24 hours, day and night, do you know why? It’s because you never know when they will attack. They use binoculars, we rotate standing guard, and if there seems to be something approaching, or something is moving in the distance, we are moved to the back. These are the watchmen, the people who are absolute bartizans.
But how could you do that while running your business and studies? God has given grace to some people to do this, and that’s the bartizan. Are you the bartizan? Or, do you just do whatever you want, fall asleep here and there? You’ll be overtaken. 24 hours, be alert, spiritually. Study for this, pretend like you’re studying, but you’re doing it for this. Even when you go to your business and work, you have a different main job. You stand as a bartizan to save your field. Those are the people whom God desires to call and to send out. I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that you will receive this blessing.

God, we thank You. May the absolute bartizan be raised in the different fields, may You give us this grace, in the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
