The Work of the Word of God (2 Timothy 3:15-17)
It’s important to explain with the Word of God. Because when you proclaim the Word, the Holy Spirit will work. This isn’t something that happens when you explain it well. When the Holy Spirit works, the forces of darkness are broken down. When you proclaim the gospel to another person, you need to be able to consider their point of view and then explain the gospel.
This beginning part is very important. I’m just saying this part is very important. If you don’t have this point, then there’s no evidence. Because we know this, then we know what the problem is. If you can’t really explain this, you can talk about the rest of the things very well, but you must know this very surely.
Through this, you have problems in your life. People may be suffering mentally, or their children might be suffering. So, I didn’t write this for myself, but these were problems that had no choice but to come. Because people don’t know this, that’s why we explain this.
So, the important thing is, why Jesus is the Christ. If the first part and the problem isn’t explained well, then Jesus being the Christ becomes very vague. People are suffering mentally right now, and so, if you don’t explain the first two parts well, people will think, “I have to believe in Jesus to solve my mental suffering,” which means that the fundamental problem has not been explained properly.
Depending on who gives the word, the other person may fall into a religious life or will receive true life. These are the real problems that humans have. If you relay, “You have to believe in Jesus to solve your mental suffering,” that becomes difficult. The important thing is that we have spiritual, fundamental problems. That’s why Jesus Christ came.
Even if you just say, “King,” they won’t understand. People who go to church won’t know what it is, so how could unbelievers know? People are facing these fundamental problems, and Christ solves these fundamental problems. That’s why you can’t just explain this with your words, you have to explain with the Bible and say what 1 John 3:8 is. The content of 1 John 3:8 says He is the King. If you just say, “King,” they won’t know.
Explain these three things. We accept Jesus Christ through faith. Then what happens when you believe in Jesus Christ? These are the blessings that we have. We proclaim these blessings with the Word. If you don’t have time, then you can help them accept Jesus Christ and invite them to a Bible study where you explain the blessings of a child of God. Or if you have time, be with them one-on-one and explain each blessing. Once this goes in, they will be able to hear the pulpit message.
If you want to do this freely, you must know the principle that God created man in this way and that’s why we have these blessings. You have to have this kind of standard to know when the problem came and why we’re suffering from that. You need to know the problem to know clearly about Jesus Christ. But if you don’t explain these things but explain the problems more, it becomes very vague.
The blessings within Christ. The first three are the status and the last four are the authority. You need to continuously relay that we have these kinds of blessings. Read this every single day, “God has created Joyce, but how did He create Joyce? In God’s image, and God is with her. God has given her the blessings and the answer of doing world evangelization.”
Joyce wasn’t always this way. She was born as a child of Satan, separated from God with our thoughts. We had no choice but to suffer mentally and physically, and though we don’t go to hell, people live a hellish life on this earth. This problem is relayed to the next generation, so that’s why I need Jesus Christ. Once you have this, you’re able to spiritually know this, “I’m a child of God, the Holy Spirit is within me, God is guiding me, He is answering me. I will do world evangelization with these four authorities.”
It seems you’re just reading this, but the Holy Spirit works, and my spiritual state was originally on the left side but now it’s on the right. I can’t change my spiritual state from the right side; I must confirm these blessings through Christ every day. There are some people who will say, “Hallelujah,” and do as they’re told. So, I’m going to keep having people come up to do this, until when? Until it works out. What is God’s method? Until it works out, until the disciples arise. That’s the standard.
You need to be able to do it in 5 minutes, in one minute, in one hour, for a week, or for a year because that means I have really understood it. So you need to hold onto this as your weapon.
Today, the Word we read is 2 Timothy 3:15-17. It says he knew the Bible from a young age. It says, “which are able to make you wise through salvation in faith through Christ Jesus.

If I want to talk to Joyce about the weather, I may ask her about the weather, and say that it’s hot so that Joyce can get me an iced coffee. I have a goal, “I don’t make money, but even though I don’t make money, I drink coffee.” So, I talk about money, but I want coffee. “Your clothes are nice, you must have a lot of money, how much is a coffee?”
The reason why the scriptures was written is to talk about Jesus Christ and to give us salvation. In order to talk about Christ, many things are said, but imagine if we don’t know about Jesus Christ.
Law, Circumcision, Commandments
But it was rubbish. I was staking my life on incorrect things. So, even though Peter received salvation, he was caught up in a situation of eating with Gentiles or not. Then, what must you listen to from a young age? Through the Word, were you able to know about Jesus Christ?
Studies
We must study to know about Jesus Christ, but we stake our lives on our studies. This is not the essence. We’re supposed to receive strength from God and study for Jesus Christ, but instead, studying becomes our goal. With the goal of studying, you cannot overcome the forces of darkness. Even though you go to church diligently, that doesn’t work. This is how you live. If you lose hold of the correct things written in the Bible, even if someone says something askew, the future generations have no choice but to crumble.
Ideologies
“We go all into what we do,” that’s a family ideology. “We don’t live haphazardly, we live clean lives. For our family, our pride is the most important so don’t let anyone hurt your pride.” So, these are the family education that doesn’t glorify Jesus Christ. This is the essence of what parents teach their children.
“You’re only supposed to go to church once a week,” but Christ is with you every day. That’s why it becomes difficult, because you’ve heard these useless ideologies, whether you’re at the Temple or at home. But people put in these useless ideologies, the children only come to church once a week, and kids think they can do whatever they want on Saturdays. Because Christ is imprinted in them, they can’t do anything against the darkness.
Christ is with them 24 hours, you must put this within the children. So, that is why all things are written to talk about Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ is the greatest wisdom, and all things are rubbish because they’re just the introduction.
The gospel is God-breathed, so we cannot understand without the filling of the Holy Spirit. That’s why through prayer and the Holy Spirit, we can understand the Bible. In worship, the Holy Spirit works. That’s why worship is so important. God moves through the Holy Spirit so we can understand the scriptures. That’s why we must receive the filling of the Holy Spirit from a young age, to be able to receive the Word in that way.
Scripture is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness. Without the working of the Holy Spirit, only the outside can change. But through the Holy Spirit, our spiritual state can be changed. When our spiritual state changes, the fundamentals can change.
Finally, that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. The good work is Christ being with us, we have this power. That is why from a young age, we participate in worship. That’s why from a young age, we can receive God’s Word and be trained in God’s Word. So, when you study for God’s Kingdom and Jesus Christ, God’s power comes upon you so you can do it. You must know your purpose very well.
What is God trying to explain through the bible? He’s trying to explain salvation, salvation through Christ, and through the movement of the Holy Spirit, we can touch lives. So, for this we do evangelism and missions with the power God gives. This is the life God has for us. Let us enjoy and relay this.

May the remnants know the gospel from an early age. Use them so they can do the work of the gospel. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
