Original Sin, Satan, Curses; and Only Christ (Gen. 1:27-28, 2:7, 3:15, 3:21)
May your imprints, roots, and nature be changed by the Word during our worship. Do you know yourself well? You may know your height and weight, your family, teachers, school, and friends, or you may know your ethnicity, that you’re African, Asian, or Jewish. You may know yourself, and if you think of yourself this way, you may be 50% correct, but you’re also 50% incorrect. Once you find the other 50%, you will find your true identity. However, if you’re not able to find the other 50%, you’ll be under a misconception that the physical “you” is the real “you.”
So you’re going to look at your family background and environment and you’ll think that’s you, then you will fall, but if you know the remaining 50%, you won’t. May today’s worship be the time to restore the 50% of yourself that you’ve lost. How can we find ourselves like that? You need to know the Word of God since God created you, and you’ll know you’re a tremendous being. But if you can’t find that, you’ll fall into problems.
Genesis 1:27 God’s Image = Spiritual Being
What is the image of our outer state? What is the image within you? Your life changes depending on your inner image. We were created as spiritual beings. The physical things you see are correct but you have to combine them with the spiritual things as well. That’s what you call the real “you.” You have to quickly find the real things.
Genesis 1:28 Bless (Life), Fruitful
God blessed you with life and makes you fruitful. If you don’t know this, you’ll think your life’s fruits come from your thoughts, so you follow your thoughts. Then you guys look at the family environment and it’s not good, so you don’t know who you are. I bear fruit in my life through this life. How does a grapevine bear fruits? How can you grow grapes? There has to be a branch. How do the branches live? They have to remain attached to the vine, there must be a stem. The stem has roots in the ground so it takes the water and nutrients from the soil and brings it to the fruits.
All you know about is the branch, “This is my IQ, I’m only this tall, I study this well,” and that’s right, but if you know yourself that way, you’re under a misconception; you have to know more. It is true, but I’m attached to God, living as His image and with His life. You guys have to know that your life comes from here so you can realize, the color of your face, your family and studies and school, these things are correct, but if you lose hold of your life that comes from the stem, everything in your life will be a problem. Even if you’re good at studying, you don’t have life. But if you’re attached to the vine, you will bear fruit over time.
Life means everything comes to life from this. You do not live with your thoughts or physical actions or physical strength; only through Jesus Christ Who is our life from within us does everything come out. You must believe this, otherwise you will misunderstand yourself. Even if you fall asleep right now or close your eyes, you’ll hear this because God is forcing Himself to work on you. So, even if you’re falling asleep, I hope you’ll listen. When you guys are browsing the internet, you don’t fall asleep, because you’re separated from life, and you think the phone is everything.
Increase, Fullness
But you will be fruitful by being connected to this, and people will arise. That’s evangelism because people like me are bound to increase. Right? You will see what happens to your future and to your family, then you won’t be shaken by the family or school environment because this is bound to take place. There’s another blessing, too, to rule over and subdue. From this point on, I don’t chase my studies but my studies chase me.
Subdue, Rule Over
Studying is so hard, how do I get my studies to follow after me? If you understand this well, you will subdue your studies. But people are captured by it instead of ruling over it. Do not misunderstand, you don’t rule and subdue by giving 100%. What does it mean to rule and subdue? It means all these things follow in the direction that God desires.
I’m not saying that your business will boom if you do this; I’m saying this business will follow. The fact that it’s following me means I don’t have to follow that anymore, but I only follow God’s plan. Then, as I do that, the studies and work I will do will follow and attach themselves to me. This is how you need to live, holding onto the covenant of God’s Word, because this is me. Then, look at the way you look.
Everybody else is going to judge you based on your physical appearance, you’re pretty or handsome like me. Ignore those comments. “You’re ugly, you’re too short, you are not good at speaking,” those words may be correct, but that’s not you. This is yours, that’s why a problem isn’t a problem. But if you misunderstand this, you’ll say, “I have so many problems; is God dead?” No matter how much you study, it’s always so hard, …
Your studies are given for God, not for you. God gave you your studies to fulfill God’s covenant, but because you don’t know that, you always fall into whether your studies are working out or not. Does this mean you should stop studying? God gave it to you to do, as an instrument for world evangelization. But it’s only hard because you argue about it being good or not. No need to do that.
From the very beginning, God gave us this blessing. However, all these blessings have been stolen away. You may not understand original sin very well, but original sin is the reason this was all stolen away from us. This wasn’t stolen because you did something wrong, but you didn’t believe this.
Unbelief – Sin, Sins
When you lie, that’s sin as well, but those are the acts of sins. The sins you commit come from original sin. But because of sin, Satan, and curses, you lie and use drugs because you don’t know these blessings. Because you’re in the midst of this, you think you need drugs, and that’s how Satan works. Or, you fall into addiction to gaming or alcohol, you keep falling in this direction. Even if you try to fix these sins, you cannot.
You know this yourself, you don’t want to do those things but you have to, why? It’s because your sins are a result. In other words, you need to resolve the belief in these blessings, but you cannot. How can you resolve that?
Genesis 3:15 Offspring of the Woman
You have these blessings, but Satan deceives you so you don’t know about these blessings. Satan’s authority has been broken down, so you’re no longer a child of Satan, but Satan deceives us so we don’t know these blessings. But the offspring of the woman will crush the serpent’s head.
Rev. 12:7-9
Who is the offspring of the woman? It is Jesus Christ as the Master of your life for everything to be finished. But people don’t know this. He died on the cross for me and washed away my sins, but if you only know about it that way, it will be hard. Any Christian will say this, but is that Jesus Christ the answer to your life? “I don’t know,” it means they haven’t heard the gospel. They just heard about the outside and that’s what the churches teach. “My emotions are like this,” but it doesn’t matter, your problems are already solved. They don’t know where the problems of life come from.
The answer to that is Christ but they’ve never received that answer or thought deeply about it. They don’t know the fact that if you believe in Jesus Christ, you receive these blessings, so they chase after physical blessings. Jesus Christ comes 1000s of years after this Word, so before Jesus Christ came to this earth, how were these problems solved? That was the Old Testament.
How were they solved? We cannot get rid of sin, Satan, and curses with our actions. God Himself who had no sin had to die on my behalf to get rid of my sin, otherwise, my problems cannot be solved. In order for God to solve your problems, you need to receive God’s grace. If you want to solve your own problems by living a good clean life, you’ll never solve it.
They sacrificed a perfect, clean animal. Then, you have to give all your sins upon this animal, and for the wages of sin, this animal must die. The priest is the one who plays that role. If you don’t have a priest, who does that role? That’s the term, Melchizedek.
Genesis 3:21
God took away the sin through animal skins and clothing. I’m not talking about changing your plant clothes to animal clothes, “I will completely get rid of your sin.” That represents the fact that I’m going to take the curses and disasters of your sin and cover it with this animal, that’s Genesis 3:21. We call that God’s grace. Our problems are resolved by God’s grace.
I will repeat, the “you” that you know is right, but it’s not the real “you.” Your parents have problems, right? If you think that’s your life, that’s not true. You have your academic abilities, right? You think that’s you but it’s not. Who are you? God’s image has been restored to “me” through Jesus Christ. I was spiritually dead but the life of Jesus Christ is now within me. I must now enjoy that life. You have life but you don’t enjoy it, so you live your life holding onto unnecessary things.
How can you enjoy this life? How can you enjoy the covenant? If you know your covenant, you will know your future and you won’t be deceived. If you believe in Jesus without believing in this, you will suffer until you know. That’s why we change our lives for religion. Religion didn’t finish this. Religion requires your diligence and efforts to finish this, but the gospel has finished everything.
After the gospel has finished it, you are simply confirming that fact. Religion is about trying diligently with your prayers and good actions and behaviors to finish it, but that’s a Pharisee or some other religion. But if you think this is the church, that’s a big problem. Jesus Christ has finished all your problems on the cross, you must believe this as your covenant, as the promise. Once you enjoy the life as God’s promise, Satan will be afraid and can’t deceive you anymore.
When you face a problem, you won’t be afraid; hold to God’s covenant, it is finished. What is God’s plan here, because God fulfills His plan through things that look like problems. Your parents’ problems are not your problems. Why did your parents have problems? They lost hold of the covenant so you have to pray for your parents; don’t connect it to your life.
You are children of God, so why are you connecting yourself to your parents? That’s how I lived as an unbeliever. I bore the heavy burden of all my parents’ problems, because I’m so nice. The nicer you are, the more you do that. My younger and older brother say, “That’s not my problem,” and run away, but I’m so nice that I was so oppressed. I was oppressed by my parents’ problems and my own problems, so I was more oppressed than all my friends.
The nicer you are, the more the devil will oppress you. Niceness can’t solve this. If anything, being meaner is better. “Why should I help my parents? My parents’ lives are different.” Then you won’t bear your parents’ problems, but that’s not enough.
Christ has crucified my life’s problems on the cross. When you face a problem, do not shake. God will guide you according to the covenant. Therefore, don’t just know this covenant, but hold onto it and confirm it every time you face a crisis, problem, incident, or confusion.
Why are you falling asleep? Falling asleep is a physiological phenomenon, but you are running out of battery, so charge yourself quickly. We don’t plug into an outlet; we do deep breathing. Just breathe slowly and deeply. “God, please make this Word mine.” There’s nothing for you to do, just breathe. But you’re so used to doing something, else you are restless. All you have to do is breathe, what more do you want? God is pouring His grace and blessings for the rest of the week upon you now.
Breathe deeply. If you breathe quickly, you’ll die early, because of your impatience. She has my problem of Genesis 3; she is impatient, so when she does breathing, it’s so fast. Those who are angry have to breathe more, because that’s how much more quickly the oxygen is depleted. If you don’t have a charged battery, you can’t concentrate, and that’s why you go to your computer games, but it doesn’t recharge you. You utilize the machine for a minute but it doesn’t charge you up.
Child of God
Jesus is the Christ Who finished all problems in my life, the covenant. In other words, I’m a child of God, it means the same thing. Biologically, I’m my parents’ kid, but that’s not all. Through Jesus Christ, I have become a child of God. For children of God, nothing is a problem because God is all powerful. But if you don’t know this, you’ll lose hold of these blessings and go wherever the devil drags you. Where does the devil drag you? The devil follows the exact course he took your parents, even though you believe in Jesus, and you go the same way as your parents. Though you may go to heaven later on, your life ends up the same as your parents’. You can only escape from this when you realize this isn’t right and you go back to the covenant.
God is bound to work for His children. It doesn’t matter what problem or situation comes, God will open the way. But some remnants say, “I don’t have faith so I don’t know,” but it’s not that. It means the accurate covenant hasn’t gone into you yet. You just have to believe Jesus is the Christ Who died and resurrected, and God gave you that grace to believe. You don’t need vague faith, just believe a little bit, and the One Who works greatly will work.
Even with small faith, you are a child of God. Have you ever questioned whether your parents are actually your parents? Let’s say you’re 50% sure and 50% unsure. Even so, your parents are still your parents and will support you; it doesn’t matter how much you believe. You are going back and forth, but your DNA doesn’t change and God will take care of you. But how do you think? You keep going back to religious thoughts, “Maybe I am not receiving my parents’ blessings because I did this incorrectly.”
The moment your parents gave birth to you, they were bound to take responsibility for you with their power. The moment you become a child of God, God takes complete control of your life, and my status and authority are changed. If you know this, enjoy it in your life. You’re a child of God. We received it for free, so we don’t really believe it. You’re your parents’ child, so they take care of all your needs.
What kind of blessings does a child of God have? What happens if you don’t know this? Then you’ll live a life holding onto complicated things. Even though you have all the blessings, you don’t know it so you live like a beggar, you try hard to earn something and you keep lying. God has already prepared everything for the children of God for all eternity.
Some people meditate, keep meditating with your eyes closed. For the children of God, there is a blessing and authority that follows. Without knowing this, you live holding onto something else, and the devil stops you from knowing it. But if you hold onto those blessings, God will give you those blessings exactly. What were those blessings?
1 Peter 2:9
We are not physical kings, but we are spiritual kings. Physical kings cannot break down the devil; they are seized by the devil. Even though the Pharaoh is the king of Egypt, he was controlled by Satan, but Joseph was a spiritual king, so he was able to do something the physical king could not do. Who is higher? Do you not understand? Who’s higher, Joseph or Pharaoh? Understand this accurately. From the standard of the world, the king is the highest position, but the king is being controlled by the devil, and even though he’s a king, he cannot solve his own problems.
Joseph was not a king, he started out as a slave, but he became governor. Who’s stronger? Joseph is stronger because he could do the things that the Pharaoh could not, and as he did that, everything was gathered to him. He started as a slave, but everywhere he went, the works of the king arose, so he gave the answer that people could not know, do you understand?
This is the blessing and authority of the child of God. We are a royal priesthood, everywhere Joseph went, curses and disasters were broken down. What is a blessing? If you receive a physical blessing but you are cursed, that’s not a blessing. If you succeed in the world but you’re cursed, that’s not a blessing. A blessing breaks down curses and disasters. Everywhere Joseph went, he broke down curses as a priest.
Can the president do that? No, this is the blessing we’ve been given. You can never block curses and disasters with your hard work, you can’t solve it with your teachers, but you can. The devil stops you from knowing this, making you focus on whether your studies are going well or not. You’re worried about life, holding onto foolish things. It’s not about whether your studies are hard or not.
The issue is that you don’t know who you are, so you live holding onto unnecessary things in life, “Is this going to work?” You are a prophet called to declare the wonders of his marvelous light, and now the light of the gospel will be proclaimed. You have unnecessary conversations with your friends, but how can you change them into necessary conversations? You say a lot of words to proclaim the gospel as the role of the true prophet.
But if this doesn’t take place, you say unnecessary words, meaning you don’t know who you are. Why would you say unnecessary things? We are prophets. You have the unique position that only you can save this other person by giving them the gospel. Just because you go to church doesn’t mean you can do this, if anyone could do this by going to church, people could just go to church. It must be someone who knows who I am and believes. As you’re doing this work, the things of the world will follow you.
Matthew 6:33
You break people free from living for the kingdom of Satan, then all the things unbelievers run after will be added to you as well. But because you don’t know this, and you don’t know who you are, you worry about your work, and your heart is shaken as you don’t know who you are. When you understand your status and authority, God will reveal your talent, but without knowing this, you’ll only be more confused. You try doing this and it isn’t working out so you have to get another job. Then you put a little hope into this, and it doesn’t work out, so you have to do something else, so your entire life is spent holding onto fake hope, then it ends.
You don’t know what your talent is. It’s not a matter of whether you’re good at studying or not, but God gave you the talent to do missions and evangelism, then without a doubt, God will reveal it to you, and you take this into your specialization, that’s why you go to college. People don’t know this, controlled by Satan. But if you know this, you will save others. Christ finished all problems, so I must relay this for world evangelization. Everything is contained within these covenants, and the remnants can know this during worship through God’s Word by God’s grace. This is the covenant, and God gives His Word every week to fulfill the covenant.
In the midst of this, God will reveal your talent which will be developed into your specialization in your field. What must you be afraid of? The fourth or fifth industrial revolution? It doesn’t matter to the children of God. The unbelievers are bound to be afraid but the children of God live according to God’s will. The skill and studies of the world are given to us so we can testify of and glorify God.
When you go to school, may you interpret all your circumstances and problems with the covenant. When your studies are difficult and hard, you shouldn’t be discouraged, but go into it holding onto the covenant, then you will see what you must do. Moreover, God will give you things according to His time schedule, and that remnant must arise.
It’s possible you don’t do this at all, but you study well with your brain, but you don’t know what you’re doing. You think you just study and that’s not bad, but later on, you can realize, but without realizing, you’ll endure with your own mental strength and power because you don’t know who you are. That’s a religious life and it’s very hard for those people.
They said, “I did this, it’s not about Christ’s righteousness, do you know how I live?” They go to church and believe in Jesus but don’t reveal the name of Jesus, they reveal their own name. God says He will knock those people down without any exception. Don’t be like those people, they do things with their own method, there are many people who only want to exalt their own name and righteousness, and they put Jesus Christ on the backburner. Until they realize, the devil will constantly pester them.
You are children of God, and your weakness is rightful. That’s why I’m a child of God, meaning I constantly need Jesus Christ. “I am called as a remnant for world evangelization.” May you write down and confirm this covenant all week. The Word went into your heart today, right? If you just leave it there, you’ll forget. Write it down. For people who carry their phones around all week, write it on your phone, that’s God’s Word that will guide you. I hope you will look at that Word of God wherever you go, when you’re at home or at school, every day, and God will guide us forward according to that promise, that’s faith.

Father God, thank You. Bless the remnants. May they be used to rule over, conquer, and save people through their blessings as children of God. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
