The Kingdom of the World and the Kingdom of God (Rom. 13:1-7)

Let us bless and greet one another, “Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God.”  I believe God’s Word will be fulfilled exactly as we confess it.  Especially today, we are able to worship God together with the visitors, the remnants, the church officers, and the pastor’s wife that are visiting for the Vision Trip, and I bless you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ that this may be a worship that fulfills the Word of God.  The title of today’s Word is, “The Kingdom of the World and the Kingdom of God.”  We are currently living in the kingdom of the world, but we must also live a different life; in other words, it’s a two-part life, but we must be able to discern that two-part life well.  Then, you will receive the answers of victory as a child of God, living in this world.  However, as you are living in the kingdom of the world, if you are not able to discern the Kingdom of God, you will live as a captive to the world, and because you are unable to discern the two kingdoms, you are a captive without knowing you are captive.

The characteristic of a captive is that there is no freedom, there is no mental freedom, there is no freedom in their lives.  If there is no freedom, there is no joy, why?  It is because they have not received the Word of God regarding how those in the Kingdom of God must live in the kingdom of the world.  That’s why it’s so important to grow up from a young age, learning the Word of God because if you don’t learn about the Word of God, you are continuously receiving the standards of the world.  Then, you may be able to live in this world with the things of the world, but you cannot see the answers of God’s Kingdom, especially in the superpower nations like Rome.  This is the Word God is giving to the churches in Rome.  From Romans 1 to Romans 11, it says why human beings failed.  People do not fail because they lack intelligence or effort or hard work.  Is it because of their bad personalities?  Is it because of their lack of morals?  The Word of God gives us the answer that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and that’s the reason why everybody fails.  “All people,” meaning there is not a single exception, then, what is the standard of failure?  It means that the root of every problem is sin, which makes us disobey the Word of God.  As a result of that sin, Satan comes in and controls the spirits and hearts of the people, because as a result of sin, our spirit and our body are both dying.

The Bible is telling us that there is not even 1% hope in humans.  If there are any of you who are thinking, “Oh, but not me,” then you are misunderstanding God. If you are misunderstanding God, it’s because you are understanding His Word.  “But I have abilities and I get recognized by people around me,” then you are a frog trapped in a well.  Human beings have no hope in regards to God, and the Original Sin of Adam is my sin.  Even if I didn’t commit an act of sin, because I am a descendant of Adam, I have Original Sin.  As a result, I’m totally depraved; there is no hope.  If you think there is hope, that is a misconception.  You might have physical hope but no spiritual hope.  If a human had no spirit, we might have hope, but we are spiritual beings.  Yes, even though the mind and body are important, the spirit is the most important part of a human, and the problem of America today is a spiritual problem.  It’s not about the mental problems, people are trying to fix mental illnesses but they’re not able to, because before the mental illness, there is a spiritual problem: it is a broken relationship with God.  Then, we have a good spiritual relationship with Satan.  That is our spiritual state, which is our problem, and then everything else becomes corrupted.  There’s only one way: only Christ.  We must know Who Christ is.  If you accept Christ as theory, then you will live a theoretical life.  You need to realize that the problem of my life is from a fundamental problem.  You cannot receive this as some theological theory.  “Christ” must really hit me as the answer.  From that point, you will be set free from spiritual things.

Why is it that we listen to so many messages and study the Bible, but there’s no change?  Because it’s never once hit our heart; it’s only hit our brain, and that’s evidence that the Holy Spirit has not worked.  If the Holy Spirit of God works upon us, we will recognize this with our hearts.  John 14:26 says the Holy Spirit of God will remind us of the words of Jesus Christ, and it says that He will give us peace in our hearts.  Through today’s worship, I hope that the working of the Holy Spirit takes place in our thoughts and our hearts.  Then, even if you don’t try to think about it, you will understand the Word of God through the Holy Spirit, and your spiritual eyes will open.  You will realize, “This is why my family line was bound to be destroyed,” and your eyes will open to see what the real problem of America is.  God will show you that.  May today be a time where you are worshiping in spirit and in truth.

You are listening to the words of the pastor, but I hope that you will concentrate on what the Holy Spirit is teaching you in Spirit and in Truth.  Not the Word I want to hear, but what is the Word God wants to give me?  Without a doubt, you can receive God’s Word, not the Word that will move me or inspire me, not the Word that will make me feel better, but what is God trying to tell me?  I hope you will quickly come out of yourselves.  That is the beginning of grace.

In John 19:30, the incident of the cross finished all problems.  If you have not started with that, pray to God to give you that answer.  He has finished everything on the cross, but it doesn’t seem finished to you.  The Lord is already speaking, having finished it all already, but for me, it is not finished; I still have the problems of my past, I still have the spiritual problems of my family line; it’s not finished for me.  That’s why I live in my past, I live in the scars of my past.  The Original Sin, consequential sins, and ancestral sins have all been crucified on the cross.  Then, why did you get a scar?  That scar did not come from nowhere; that scar is a result of sin.  “Sin” is not believing in God.  The only thing I think about are the words between me and the other person; there is no “God” there.  Even though I go to church, I don’t acknowledge God in my everyday circumstances, so I wonder, “Why did this person say this to me?”  It’s a spiritual state where I cannot escape myself, a spiritual state that leaves me bound to be heavy-burdened, a spiritual state that Satan loves, a spiritual state that accelerates mental illnesses.  We have no choice but to have addictions.  This is a problem that America cannot tell us.  If you and I are not able to identify the real problem and tell the true answer through the Word of the Bible, then the mental and spiritual problems will accelerate. It is all finished.  We must begin there.

Then, what kind of life can we live?  From Romans 12, he says you must give your life as a living sacrifice, so we gather together to worship, but how will you worship and live when we scatter?  The first way to live as a living sacrifice is to use your talents and gifts to save and raise the church.  Second, what must we do for nonbelievers?  Bless those who persecute you.  Celebrate with those who are celebrating, and mourn with those who are mourning.  And, do not be afraid to lower yourselves, to align yourselves with others.  Why?  That is how to save that person.  The Bible is telling us that this is a living worship.  It’s not just about coming to church and sitting here; we must have a living worship.  The Bible is telling us, that is the complete and true worship.

1.God’s Sovereignty

1) Governing Authorities – Position

(1) Governs people

The third point is today’s scripture, what is the relationship that we must have with the government and the authorities in our living worship?  I can tell you from the life I lived as a nonbeliever that this is very important.  When somebody is a nonbeliever, they’re not different from you; if you don’t know the Word of God, you will live the life of a nonbeliever.  When I went to college, I learned that if somebody is wrong, you have to correct them. It was like that in the military, too, and at my work, because that was the ideology I received when I was young and it didn’t change.  Even when I first went to the church, I wanted to correct all of them.  I got the feeling that the churches were just sitting still, looking at the heavens, hoping to get free handouts.  That’s how important our ideologies are.

What about now?  Now, that’s gone.  If the Word of God does not go into you, whether you are a believer or nonbeliever, working will be hard, living in society will be hard, your marriage will be hard because you lack the Word of God.  If you lack the Word of God, you live according to what you’ve learned and seen.  So, how must the Christians give a living worship regarding the rulers and authorities of the world?

(2) Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities (Rom. 13:1)

Romans 13:1 says, “Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities.”  “Governing authorities” is talking about governments and rulers.

(3) Authority is established by God (Rom. 13:1, Dan. 2:21,36-41)

“For there is no authority except that which God has established.”  If you don’t know this, then if somebody doesn’t agree with you, then you have to go and change them.  Even if you believe in Jesus Christ, if you don’t believe in these words, you’re going to get confused at work because you’ll see other people are wrong, and if they’re wrong, we should correct them, but you haven’t learned something.  You haven’t learned how to give living worship regarding people of authority.  God maintains the order of this world using people in authority.  It doesn’t even matter if the person in authority is a believer or a demon-worshiper.  If the remnants don’t understand this, they’ll say, “This person worships Satan, shouldn’t we oppose them?”

Then what’s going to happen?  You’re actually rebelling against God.  How is this rebelling against God when this authority figure is a Satan-worshiper?  God reigns over this world through those in authority, what kind of authority?  The authority to maintain world order.  What would happen if this world fell into a state of anarchy?  There would be no order.  You’ve seen a large explosion or when there’s no police and there are large riots that happen, the citizens are the ones who are hurt the most.  So, even if the government is evil in our eyes, it is better for there to be some form of government than none at all.

Daniel 2:21, Daniel says God changes times and seasons, he sets up kings and deposes them, he gives wisdom to the wise.  So even if a president is a nonbeliever, God raised him up.  From our perspective, we may want the rulers to be Christian, but that’s not how God thinks.  I used to think about this a lot as a pastor, I thought it would be great if the president were Christian, that’s how Christians can influence the nation.  But every time there was a Christian president, it seemed almost disappointing and regrettable.  I realized with Trump that God does not want Christians.  We keep thinking about the kingdom of David when he was ruling in Israel, but that’s not where we are; we are living in Rome and the rulers have nothing to do with Christianity, and that’s what God is saying.  Who raised the King of Babylon?  God did.  God is the One Who raised the ruler of Persia, too.  Who raised Alexander the Great in Greece?  God did, and God raised up Rome as well.  God was able to share, through the dream that Daniel interpreted, the four next kings who would rule.

In Daniel 3:7, Daniel tells King Nebuchadnezzar that God had given him all of the ruling power and glory, that God has allowed everything to be reigned over by the king.  But Nebuchadnezzar was not a Christian; he was a king who worshiped demons, and God is telling Daniel that God gave this king the power, so we must submit to that.  What happens if they oppose God’s Word?  I’ll tell you a little later in the third point so we don’t end too quickly.

2) Authority

(1) Those who resist (Rom. 13:2)

I lived as a nonbeliever and I struggled a lot because I didn’t have this.  Of course, I was a nonbeliever so I didn’t have God’s Word; I only had my justice, and if I thought somebody was wrong, then they were wrong, and it doesn’t matter what the police say to me, because if they’re wrong, I’m not afraid of them.  So, I was pretending to be all righteous and just by myself, but when I looked at the Word of God, I was wrong.  Are there any of you who are like me?  You go to your job and when you see your superior or manager being wrong, you can’t handle it.  What does that person not know?  You are not able to discern between the authority and the person in authority.  In Korea, authority had been broken down a long time ago.  Authority was given by God, but the person might be very strange.  You might be able to speak about the actions of that person, but you cannot question their authority.  I wasn’t able to discern between those two, so I struggled a lot between nonbelievers.  “Authority” is talking about that person’s position.  That person may have a bad personality, but if you’re not able to set those two things apart, you will have a bad time in society.  You must respect their  authority because that is given by God, but if the words of the person in authority do not align with God’s Word, then you can disobey.  That’s what Daniel did.  He respected King Darius, however, when King Darius signed a law that you cannot pray to any other god, Daniel disobeyed that law because he must follow God’s Word.

When you go out into the world, God tells us to serve our superiors, those above us, as if they are God, because God will reward you and bless you through the people above you.  My life is not that long, but when I look at my friends and the people around me, it is almost always the case: I used to think in the past that this person had no spine, that they’re not able to assert their own opinion.  I used to think like that.  Now I realize I was wrong; they were actually submitting to authority, and as a result, that person was blessed and that’s in today’s scripture.  I want to ask the remnants, you need to learn well.  If you learn incorrectly, you’ll live like I did.  I’m a witness that it will not work like that.  I didn’t know.  Same thing for parents, your parents might be a mess, but you must acknowledge their authority.  Their personality might be a mess, it doesn’t matter whether your parents are a believer or a nonbeliever, you must respect the authority of your parents, that’s how you acknowledge God.

(2) Resist what God has appointed (Rom. 13:2)

There are people who are disobedient to authority.  In the book of Numbers, Moses had a wife, Zipporah, but he also had an Ethiopian wife, and because of that, Moses’ brother and Miriam started to rebel against Moses.  They asked, “Are you the only one who relays God’s Word?”  What did God say?  “Moses is different from you.  Not everyone relays God’s Word.  Moses is someone I speak to, face-to-face.”  From an American ideology, we cannot understand that.  Isn’t that unfair and unequal from God?  We’re all the same; why is God treating him differently from us?  That’s why American ideology breaks down authority, and it’s an ideology that kicks away God’s blessings.  So, if you follow and accept the ideologies of America, you might receive some blessings, but you’ll kick away some blessings.

(3) Incur judgement (Rom. 13:2, Num. 12:1-10)

Later on, Miriam received a very bad disease, why?  Because she rebelled against the authority God raised up, that means she was rebelling against God.  We must not have even a single remnant like that.  The adults already know what I’m saying, I’m sure they’ve had a lot of conflicts, it’s because they have not learned the Bible, or they might have learned the Bible but they lack God’s grace.  You must relay this to the posterity.  I’ve been in organizations at my job for a long time, I was in an organization in the military, in my company, and even the church is part of an organization.  But there has always been a sense of rebellion that comes up within me.  It’s my sense of justice, it’s not righteousness, it’s my justice, my correctness, that I prioritize being correct more than the gospel.  So Satan starts to work on my sense of justice, and if the correct things of God do not go into you, you will be a slave to Satan your entire life.  You may not realize because you think you’re right.  If you think that something is wrong, it would be easy for you to stop that, but if you think something is right, you don’t realize.  That’s the righteousness of the world.  People need to have that sense of trust, but, “How could this person be like this?  That person did this to me.”

You need to follow God’s Word, but these are the ideologies that are inside of us, because you grew up in this environment without God’s Word, but you as an individual don’t realize this; you think you’re right.  Jesus Christ died for us when we were sinners, there’s no fairness in that.  When the world talks about justice, they’re only caring about their own benefit.  But the very small minority of people will put themselves in harm.  That is God’s righteousness.  The gospel reveals God’s righteousness, and those who are moved by the gospel can imitate that.  So, do not just hear the gospel; be rooted in the gospel, then that is how you will change.  The justice of life is hitting and regretting.  Even as a pastor, I didn’t know this, that Satan would disguise himself as an angel of light, as something that looks correct, and because of that sense of justice, I’ve killed many people, but I thought I was doing good.  That’s what kills people.  You must receive God’s grace.  The righteousness of God can die for many people, the righteousness of God can die for sinners who want nothing to do with Him.  When that Spirit of God, that Holy Spirit, comes into us and moves us, we can start to imitate His love little by little.  May the people who have this grace go into your fields of school and work and shine this blessing.

3) Regarding the One Who rules over (Rom. 13:3)

(1) No terror for those who do what is right

For people who disobey the rulers and authority, they will be in fear.  For example, if someone is a robber and they see a police officer, they will be afraid.  For someone who has not studied for a test and it’s the day of the test, they will be afraid. If somebody is a law-abiding citizen and they see a police officer, they will not be afraid, but if someone is a thief or they’re trying to steal something and they see a police officer, they will be afraid.

(2) For those who do wrong

So, they’re strangely people who have this reaction against authority or rulers, why is that?  It’s because they know that they are in the wrong.  They might think that they’re right, but the Bible is telling us that, “You are not right; that’s why you are reacting that way to the authorities.”

(3) Do what is good and receive His approval – Church and the world

But if you do what is right, you will be commended, in other words, you will be rewarded.  These are the ways we must act regarding the authorities in our government, at work, and in our society, that even though the person in authority is a nonbeliever, God blesses us through them.  But if you do what is wrong, then God will use them to judge you.  It is not the person himself who is doing it, but God is using the authority of a nonbeliever to reward or punish you.  That person is not persecuting you or judging you because they are a nonbeliever, but if you submit to them, then you are submitting to God, then God will reward you through them.  If you want to succeed in the world, you must be very certain in how you treat people. Daniel was successful with four different kings.  They were all nonbelievers, but those nonbeliever kings blessed Daniel, why?  Because he never went against them.  He has never rebelled against their authority once.  But when the king ordered for them to bow down to idols, Daniel’s three friends disobeyed, but they still respected the king’s authority.  This is very important, then God will begin to bless you through the authorities.

But there are a lot of young adults who are not able to do this.  They think, “My manager is wrong and I know the truth, so I cannot unite with somebody who is holding onto falsehood,” so they resign and leave the company.  That happens more often than not, no matter where they go.  That person still thinks they’re right, but their life isn’t working out.  They’re always in conflicts, “I’m still going to go the right path.  Even if I am not financially well off, I will go down the right path,” but that’s the lie of Satan.  Who is wrong?  The person above me was raised up by God, and we didn’t learn the law of obeying and submitting to that, then, everywhere you go, you are in conflict.  You need to learn this in the church.  The church is the place where God prepares you to go into the world.  This is a microcosm of the world because there are young, old, educated, uneducated, wealthy, poor, everyone is here.  What must the future generations learn here?  They must learn well what authority is.  You need to learn this relationship well.  For students who learn this relationship, they will thrive in society.

When I was a nonbeliever, I never saw Christians being influential.  Only later on when I went into a job and I told them I was Christian, then they told me that they were Christian, too, so from my perspective, I thought that they were fake.  I saw that they drank more alcohol than me and they did other things more, and I’m not saying whether that’s good or bad; I’m saying, are you able to influence the world or not?

2. The One Who Rules Over

1) God’s servant (Rom. 13:4)

(1) For your good (Rom. 13:4)

(2) If you do wrong, be afraid (Rom. 13:4)

(3) Wrongdoers will be punished (Rom. 13:4)

2) Obedience

(1) Do not submit only to avoid God’s wrath (Rom. 13:5)

(2) Submit for your conscience (Rom. 13:5)

Rom. 13:5 says, “It is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only to avoid God’s wrath but also for the sake of conscience.”  In other words, follow God’s Word.

(3) Submit to the Word (1 Peter 2:13)

1 Peter. 2 says, “Submit yourselves for the Lord’s sake to every authority instituted among men.”  We submit for the Lord’s sake because they are raised up by God’s authority.  If there are any of you who have a scar or want to rebel against your parents, you must acknowledge your parents’ authority.  They are the parents whom God has raised, and if their actions or their personality is wrong, in that situation, choose God’s Word.  For the person who is able to distinguish that well, they will thrive in any human relationship.

3) Taxes and tariffs (Rom. 13:6-7)

In Rom. 13:6-7, it talks about taxes.  We pay taxes so that the people in authority can do what they need to do.  Through taxes, the people in authority can do the work that they need to do.  So, you have to pay taxes when you go between different states, tariffs, so that people can do their work.  It says, “Respect those who respect and honor those who honor.”

(1) Offerings to God’s servant (Mt. 22:21)

In Matthew 22:21, Jesus says, “Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and give to God what is God,” that means we have to pay twice.  We pay taxes in the world and we pay tithe at church and that’s what the members of the Early Church did, they paid taxes.  Not only did they pay taxes, they had to give tithe. What is “tithe”?  Tithing means, everything that I own, I have to give to God, but one tenth, I give as a symbol.  In the book of Malachi, it says if you do not give your tithe, you are stealing from God.  I have a lot to say about this, but I don’t want the message to go on too long, so I’ll just give a testimony.  I went to Korea and lived there for ten years with nothing.  I got married and even came here to study abroad.  You can just imagine what happened in those ten years.  God took full responsibility over me and God led me.  If you’re facing death, you can die.  If God needs you, He will save you.  Is God truly omnipotent?  Does He really give the manna and the quail in the desert?  He does, that is basic.  God has a different role.  Conquer Canaan and establish God’s Kingdom in America, then everything else will rightfully be given to you.

(2) Because they can rule over

(3) Respect to whom respect is owed

(4) Honor to whom honor is owed

3. State – Government

1) Sovereignty over the kingdom of the world

(1) Obey according to the Word (Titus 3:1)

(2) Relay the gospel

(3) Kingdom of God

You shouldn’t stake your life on everything else.  For nonbelievers, they stake their lives on everything else, but we are not doing that.  We seek God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, we change the Kingdom of Satan into the Kingdom of God, why?  Because if we don’t, the disasters will enter in.  “Oh, but I’m okay because I’m saved,” but not your posterity.  What happens if a virus keeps on spreading?  One day, it enters into me when I’m filled with disbelief, it enters into your children.  God says, “Build an ark for yourselves and your descendants.”  You need to give this evidence to save them.  If there is a school shooting, what is the guarantee that your child will not be hurt?  “I believe in Jesus and I’m going to go to heaven, so I don’t care”?  But not your kids.  Then, why were the Israelites taken captive to Babylon?  If they’re children of God, they shouldn’t have been taken captive, they were taken captive because they were children of God.  They were taken as captives because God is alive.  Even during the age of Noah, the people who went to church got disasters.  It says that the sons of God married the daughters of men.  It’s not only Noah who went to church, and it is not only Noah who was Adam’s descendants.  There were already many descendants of Abel and Seth.

But one thing, why must it be the blood sacrifice, Christ, the ark?  If you don’t know the reason why it has to be “only,” then our faith turns into religion and legalism.  I keep meeting with alcoholics lately, and people who have been born Christian believers for 5-6 generations.  At any given opportunity, they do fasting prayer at a prayer retreat.  So why are they here?  “It’s about me, I’m centered on me.”  Why do they go to church? “Because praise gives me so much grace.”  I asked, “What about the messages?”  They say, “I don’t really care much about the sermon.”  Then, who gave you this faith?  It’s your parents, it’s the church you went to.  Has Christ ever been given to you correctly?  What does it mean to proclaim the accurate Christ?  It means, not being centered on me, but being centered on God.  If you’re centered on prosperity and the physical blessings, then you are no longer centered on God.  The, instead of the standard being Christ, the standard is what is a physical blessing.  The reason why I go to church, the reason I evangelize, is not for Christ, it’s for me and my blessings.

What is legalism? It means, through my righteous actions, God sees me as righteous and blesses me for it.  So, we keep on leaving Christ.  Mysticism, what I feel, see, and experience.  Experience comes later, but everything is centered on “me.”  Humanism is saying, “We need to take all of the successful stories in the world and implement them in the church,” but that’s all centered on people, and with these things, the spiritual problems of your family line will not end.  The evil spirits that are attacking your family line for multiple generations will not change, neither will your posterity.  Only when we hold onto “only Christ” will the darkness flee.  So, you keep listening to the messages but you hear it as prosperity-based faith, mysticism, legalism, and humanism, then you go outside of Christ and you have no choice but to have this problem.  It’s not because you don’t go to church enough, it’s not because you don’t believe in Jesus enough.  Why do you have no choice but to be like this?  Because you’ve never believed in why you need Christ and why He is your answer.  That’s why when you go to work, you’re stressed. Why are you stressed?  You’re stressed because you’re god, you’re stressed because your work is centered on “me,” and all your heavy burdens are on you, because you are the standard of your life, but this is God’s work, and you are doing the physical work for God’s work.  Then, you need to pray to God and receive answers from Him.

If there are any of you who think only centered on yourselves, then you will have more heavy burdens. That’s the American ideology of individualism.  From a very young age in school, they plant this ideology idly, and when you listen to the messages, you think, “Is this going to help me or not?” And when you think about serving the church, you think, “is this going to be a benefit to me?” and you calculate, “if I give offering, will that be a financial benefit to me?”  Why?  Because that bartizan was placed inside of you very deeply at a young age.  Satan will move you, using the ideology of individualism as an idol.  The ideology of democracy.  America and Korea are both democratic nations, but it’s not Christ.  Democracy says that we follow the voice of the majority, but what about communists?  Why is communism bad but democracy is good?  That’s the reason why people suffer.  We must be centered on the Word of God.  You follow the voice of the majority? That’s not good, but if we don’t know, then that’s the bartizan inside of you because that’s how you’re educated at a young age, so you must not become Americanized.  If you become an American, you will become a slave to Satan.  Yes, you must be American, but you must be Christian.

You need to know both sides to save.  But people immigrate to America and they become American.  Do you know what “American” is?  It’s about the three pillars of freedom, human rights, and equality, and they use these three ideologies in the UN too, and the nations that agree with those ideologies support America, and those that disagree, we don’t support them.  In the past, there were only three pillars, but now there’s more.  But what does that make people into?  If you fall into those ideologies, what will you become?  You become the image of Satan, but we think that it’s so good and we get educated about it, but there’s no way to avoid it because that’s the education in the world.  But you need to become the Christian who follows Christ. That is how you can save Americans.  Daniel did not become Babylon-ized.  He learned all of the culture and education of Babylon, but he was not Babylon-ized; in other words, he became more Christian-ized, Christ-like.  Paul was a Roman citizen, but with that citizenship, he was a slave to Satan and demon-possessed.  He killed people who believed in Christ, it’s not that he just disagreed with them, he found and killed them.  That’s demon possession.  He didn’t just disagree with them—he found them and killed them; that’s him doing the work of the devil.

One day, he met the Christ and he was completely changed, and now the citizenship of heaven and the citizenship of Rome.  I’m an American, but I’m a Christian.  You need to have both to do American evangelization.  If you don’t know America, then how can you evangelize?  You don’t know what the bartizan here is, if the doctor doesn’t know what the illness is, then you are giving the wrong medication.  You need to give the accurate diagnosis in order to give the medication, but you don’t know the American field; everybody looks the same. I’m talking about myself.  Everybody looks the same, that’s what Koreans think, but the bartizan inside of them is American.  And if you say, “They look Korean and you speak to them like a Korean, they are not going to be moved.  I’m not going to think that I’m wrong; I’m going to think that she’s wrong, and that’s why you’re not able to evangelize in America.  I’m talking about your kids right now.  You grew up in Korea like this, but your kids are not like that.

2) Sovereignty over the kingdom of the world

(1) When not aligned with the Word

(2) Recognize the authorities

(3) Obey the Word (Acts 4:19, Dan. 3:16-18)

There is the ideology of America that is inside of them as their bartizan.  That’s what makes them think, move, and make decisions.  You need to know what that is to change it, and it’s not just about saying, “Believe in Jesus.”  You need to tell them what the real problem is. That’s how they put it into practice.  But if the parents don’t know, the kids don’t know, and the churches don’t know?  Then, they grow up as Americans.  In other words, they grow up as the image of Satan.  Then, they are going to use their American language, abilities, and knowledge to persecute the church.  They need to go to their job to save them and find disciples, but instead, they’re just playing along.  So, we must acknowledge the authority of those who are in power, but when their words oppose God’s Word, we must follow God’s Word.

3) Devil’s schemes (Eph. 6:12)

(1) Through the rulers and authorities (Eph. 6:12)

Eph. 6 says that Satan controls the rulers and authorities in the world.  You need to know this well, so you must be prepared with the Word of God while you are young.  When I say, “Know the Word of God,” I’m not just saying to memorize it; I’m saying, you need to be able to look at the world with the meaning of the Word.

(2) Against the Word

You need to be able to see that the ruler of the world is leading the world to disobey God’s Word, that’s why we must hold onto the Word of God and follow the Word of God. That’s the only way to save.

(3) Spiritual battle

So for you and me, we have no other problem.  Christ has crucified all of the problems of our past, present, and future on the cross.  The spiritual problems of your family line, the traumas from your past, all of that started from a spiritual problem, and that was crucified on the cross.  The Lord has already paid the price and your scar came from sin, it’s already been crucified; the Lord has already paid, He has already fulfilled it, your present and your future as well.  We hold onto that promise and we raise that as the bartizan. Nothing is a problem at all, when you face a problem, then you look for God’s plan that is hidden behind that problem.  Why do you look at the problem?  You need to look at God, look at His plan.  Do you have a problem in your family?  You need to find God’s hidden plan through that problem.  That is a person who believes in and follows God.  We do not look at and follow problems; problems can come until the day we die.  But the problem is not the main point; God is, and God’s Word is the main focus.  Then, you can see God’s work and follow that.

Conclusion

1. Kingdom of God’s absolute bartizan within me

In conclusion, you need to plant the never-changing covenant of God.  The way you plant this?  Yes, worship is good, but it has to happen every morning you wake up.  As soon as I wake up in the morning, I think of what Christ has done through the Word of God and I plant that inside of me; otherwise, Satan attacks my empty state with seven demons, so when you wake up, you need to place the Word of God inside you.  You know what you think of when you wake up, and let’s say you have no Word of God in your heart, then Satan will attack you in the morning with a lot of strength, so you need to have victory in the mornings.  World evangelization is a promise of God, so ask Him to fill you with the power of the Holy Spirit, and control your spirit, mind, and body for world evangelization. Then your thoughts, emotions, and heart will be seized by God.  Daniel was studying while he prayed like this, and he had more intellect and wisdom than all the wise men.  How will you go to school and your job?  Working hard is not what’s important; are we nonbelievers?  We are children of the Kingdom of God.  Without a doubt, there is somebody prepared to receive the gospel through you, that is what you must be interested in.

2. With the guidance of the absolute journey to find the hidden disciples

If you received a word through the Sunday message, then there is somebody who will receive that answer through you, and you’re walking the absolute journey to see who those people are.  Does that mean you’re not studying?  You’re doing all of that, and Daniel studied everything he needed to, but he was holding onto God’s Word and following that.  You and I are walking that journey, they become the guideposts and the masterpiece.

3. Week where the system to establish the absolute milestone can continue

You raise up a system of people who can share the Word of God and worship at your job with you, that’s the standard.  Even nonbelievers can succeed, that’s just one part of the process; that’s not part of the conclusion.  Daniel, being smart, yes he was smart, but when the king told him not to pray to God, he still prayed.  Daniels’ goal was not in being smart, it was to follow God’s Word, and that’s why God’s Kingdom was established in Babylon.  I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ that you can spend the rest of your week establishing God’s Kingdom in your field that is broken by Satan.

Message Prayer
There is a Word God has given to each of you as a covenant.  Why did God give me this message today?  If you listen from this perspective, then every person will receive God’s Word.  Let us pray holding onto the Word we have received.

Offering Prayer and Newcomer Blessing

God, we thank You.  We thank You for blessing us, for giving us this Word, and allowing it to become our imprint, root, and nature, and raising us as witnesses of the Word fulfillment.  Allow us to shine the light into the fields.  We believe that You will give us the filling and power of the Holy Spirit to shine the light of the gospel in this land that is covered with the darkness and lies of Satan.  We have received everything from You, God, and we have returned just a small portion of that as tithe, thanksgiving offering, Sunday worship, future generations, missions offerings, and temple construction.  We believe You will work with the answer of the economy of light for world evangelization. May all of the curses of poverty be broken down, and allow us to see the works of God taking place throughout the week. In Jesus Christ’s name we pray, amen.

God, we thank You.  We pray You will allow this blessed stream to raise up the remnants to do world evangelization on this absolute journey, and may this be the time when they give the answer to the fields according to Your Word.  In Jesus Christ’s name we pray, amen.
