Imprints are very important. Scars also come from imprints. As you live your life, whatever has been imprinted in you moves your life. If you’re imprinted with the word of God, you will live in that way.

You can either solve money problems or endure, but you can’t solve these problems. Why are nonbelievers suffering? They don’t know about this. But the answer to this is only Christ.

What is established? Without Christ, it’s the Kingdom of Satan. If you imagine the kingdoms of Gen. 3, 6, and 11, that’s the Kingdom of Satan.

You must first acknowledge this Word is true, then you can live a proper life. Without knowing this, you’re just in darkness. You went to church but learned everything but Christ? Those are Pharisees. Those people say, “I’ve been to church, I’ve been to multiple Bible studies, but I don’t have answers.” Receive the answer at church then go. The bartizan that shares this answer and shines this light, the prayer bartizan that prays for this. If I don’t have the answer, life becomes hard.
That is when darkness comes in. Some people say, “I’ve migraines all the time,” but that’s actually evil spirits working. They go to church but don’t receive the real answer to the real problem so they suffer until they know this. I realized there are people like this in church. They say they constantly have splitting headaches. It’s not something that happens due to altitude change; there’s no cause, but they’re oppressed by the devil.
The Bible says to heal those oppressed by the devil. In the hospital, there are many people who gather together like this, so diagnose it and give them the answer. Yesterday I found out Deacon Elliot works in Hollywood after the businessperson worship. Initially he had a job somewhere else, but now he’s in Hollywood. I asked where it was, but it’s on Hollywood and something, he’s a cashier at a store, and I said, “That’s great, you are the missionary and bartizan in that region.” He said, “What?” It’s not something he intended, but his boss is Jewish and asked him to work on Saturdays for 8 hours. He was originally just cleaning, but because he was trustworthy and did his job well, his boss asked him to work at his store as a cashier.
You know what Hollywood is like, there are people who do drugs and are sexually immoral, there are homeless people who imagine being a celebrity or actor. Those people are mentally ill, possessed by evil spirits. They live on the streets but think of themselves as actors. These are people who cannot leave Hollywood. So there’s homeless people there and do drugs. Tourists gather there as well, so to evangelize in Hollywood, I researched the region. In order to evangelize there, I must know about the region.
Why must it be Hollywood? There was a couple who came to Hollywood and settled here to farm, and at that time, they decided to name it Hollywood as there were many trees on that land, and there was a plan by the LA city to develop that region. While they developed it, they needed a businessperson, because they needed to possess the land to do something with it. So they sought out this couple, and they granted permission, and they started doing this development. Later on, the couple ended up donating the land and the neighbor said, “This couple was originally trying to name it, ‘Hollywood’, and later on, the name changed to “Hollywoodland.” In this region, people committed suicide, and Hollywoodland had 13 letters so they cut it shorter.
Movies originated in New York and they were silent movies. They were trying to film movies in New York, but the weather in California is sunny so it was optimal for movie filming. There were initially movies without sound, but now, they could make movies with sound. Then World War I and World War II took place. Then 1949 to 1950, the television was developed, so movie theater production started to decrease. When movies decreased in popularity, they wondered about different ways to make money.
About 250 celebrities have stars, but tourists come to see them. Muhammed Ali said his name is similar to the name of his God that he serves, and he didn’t want people stepping on his star, so his star is the only one hung on a wall. The first movie produced and revealed was on Sunset, that was the first movie broadcast in Hollywood. That was the history of how Hollywood came to be.
With these movies, you can influence the entire world. That’s where Deacon Elliot is, working as a cashier. I told him, “You’re not just a cashier, you’re there as a missionary of Hollywood. You’re doing missions while earning money.” I told him, “Our bulletin is very well put together, just take off the outer covering and put that on the cover,” but he said, “My boss is Jewish.” I said, “Why don’t you ask him?” For the chef who comes during first worship, we used to do Bible studies together, but his landlord is Jewish and said, “Why don’t you go to church instead?” So he came.
I told him, “Don’t ask if you can put this here, but, ‘For the problems of drug addiction and mental illness in Hollywood, I want to place this message here,’” so what must he do here? He must just enjoy these three things. Kingdom of God, as He works, that’s what we call the Bartizan. You must be finished in Christ. Even though there’s a problem, the problems continuously come but it’s finished as you discover God’s plan. The Kingdom of God is established in that region of Hollywood.
Pray and ask, ‘Who are the prepared disciples?” Do all the work you need to do, and as you do it 24 hours, answers come. That’s what we call the Bartizan. You’re in Hollywood as the Bartizan.” “Oh, isn’t that so?” It’s important to communicate with the pastor, because if you remain still, you won’t know anything about this. All of you are in the field as the bartizan but you don’t know about this, so you only do business in the workplace. Because you’re not a bartizan, you cannot overcome your problems.
If you remain like this in your workplace, you will be broken down. What is the answer? When the kingdom of heaven is established on earth, that is the answer. It’s the forces of darkness being broken down. If this isn’t broken down, if you’re doing well, you’re still being seized by the darkness. When the darkness is broken, that’s the true answer, and this must be your imprint. If this is not your imprint, you will be afflicted by the demons of Hollywood. You haven’t finished it with Christ so you worry on your own. If you enjoyed it within you, then you can still see spiritual works taking place. Astounding works happen when the Kingdom of God is established and the forces of darkness are broken down.
Why is this bulletin important? It has the website and QR code to listening to messages, it can end with one piece of paper. “The answer to your problem is in here,” and those who are prepared to listen will listen. As you continue to worry and pray about meeting disciples, God will attach disciples to you. But because the church doesn’t do this and is only concerned about making money, the future generation can’t live. Instead, you feel good on your own because you’re making money, but one day, you get married and you’re just doing well on your own, you enjoy your hobbies but you’re just having fun on your own. The Kingdom of God must be established for the forces of darkness to be broken down, but because that didn’t happen, you fall into disasters. That’s Gen. 6 and the state of churches today.
Just like Noah, we need a missionary who holds onto this promise and covenant and stands as a witness and bartizan. That is the answer. It’s so easy and simple that Christ is the solution to this problem, but because you don’t understand this, it becomes so complicated to you. She’s in the hospital right now, but I don’t know what she thinks about that. There are some people who are diseased because of spiritual problems, but even if they’re diseased, some people are spiritually desperate. As they work, they enjoy this and always prepare evangelism material. If you just say, “Bartizan,” everyone understands, but if you try to explain, it will take an hour; why do this in the field?
The bulletin has a short summary of all the messages, so prepare this and keep it in your bag because you need to give it to anyone who might need it. Or, will the nurse even be able to stay and explain for a few hours when the nurse needs to work? That’s when you find the disciple in your hospital and one day, as you enjoy this, you will receive this answer, so that’s why you go there. If you’re not aligned with this, you’ll be afflicted by the hospital, and you’ll be stressed and depressed by the sick people. It is a good work the doctors and nurses do, and they did a lot to reach that place, but they interact with many sick people. They don’t come with a happy mood, but they’re on the brink of death. Then they become influenced by their spiritual states.
What happens as you continue for 1-2 years? You’ll be spiritually influenced without knowing it. You can’t leave because you need money but this repeats for nurses and doctors. Doctors just live a little bit more arrogant with their head held high as they studied a little longer, they lived without this answer. If you enjoy this answer, God will attach a person to you one day. One day, Apostle Paul met a layleader and God facilitated that meeting. But if his direction was aligned somewhere else, he wouldn’t be able to even overcome his individual problems. Then he would think about whether he has to cut off people and have all these worries. “Where do I go next?” he would have to figure this on his own and then when would be oppressed with difficulties two or three times. That’s why the younger remnants must pray about the bartizan as God fulfills it. That’s what I’m trying to explain.
Imprint
It’s what hits you. Even advertisements, some hit you. If you really like clothing a model wears, you’ll say, “I really need to buy this.” Advertising companies do all sorts of things to influence people. How did they do it? They do it so it repetitively remains in their brain subconsciously. Then without knowing, they pick out that clothing.
I was working on the 10th floor of a building in Gangnam in 1991, and from the rooftop, I saw this Sprite advertisement. That’s the time I didn’t know about Sprite, and I didn’t know about Sprite at the time, only Coca-Cola and Pepsi, so I would wonder, “What is Sprite?” Every month, our company would receive a bulletin about the economy, and I read about Sprite one day. I didn’t know what it was originally, but that’s when I saw this, it had the method of how Sprite entered Korea even though there were all these other ciders it had to compete with. Why did they take so much effort to try to advertise in Korea? Because in Korea, the Korean adults were already imprinted with Coca-Cola and soda. When they go into a store, they don’t pick other sodas but they pick Coke.
Why would they advertise Sprite? So the younger generation will buy it. They were imprinting Sprite into the younger generation so they would grow up and pick Sprite. Even large companies don’t do it ordinarily. I blankly stared at this billboard as I smoked on the rooftop but my eyes were opened when I read the bulletin. Right now, Sprite is so popular, why is that? This has hit them, it has come into these people that this is the drink they need. Because this is what they know, they pick it, and that’s why this company is able to remain, even now.
This is the advertising strategy. What do we do with children? We imprint this word within them. But if you don’t know this mystery, you question it, “Why would they invest so much money to put up this billboard in Gangnam?” This word continues to go within you, but one day, you will receive answers, that’s the strategy of the remnant movement.
But some people say, “Why do you invest in Sprite? Why not stick with Coca-Cola?” Such people don’t know the future. When the Jews were persecuted by Nazis, they said, “Don’t take down the temples,” because that is how the next generation could continue. It’s just like what we read in the scripture today. Abimelech ended up giving up bread stored in the Temple to David and David ran off, and Saul killed Abimelech and his family members, but one was able to escape and continue the lineage of the priests. With this heart, remnant ministers must plant this within them. But if you plant something else other than these things? Pharisees know so much about the Bible, but make them choose the Mark’s Upper Room, but instead, they choose the Jewish law.
Imprint. I don’t talk about myself or my feelings, but I relay God’s Word.
Psalm 23:1
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, not because I went to West Point or got some training, but God is with me, so depending on what life is imprinted with.
Incorrect Imprint – Me
It’s not just about being “me-centered,” but even in my family, there were many things I did based on my imprints, me being centered on myself. My daughter pointed out all these things, I told her, “You should be a lawyer.” In my life, there are five fields. My individual self is a field. My meetings, family, business, church, region. There’s a standard you hold onto. Change that incorrect standard.
Me < Meetings, Family, Business, Church – Region
When you receive this word, apply it in these different fields, that’s what we call the five basics. If you change your imprints, the five regions come to life. The Biblical missions and evangelism. You come to life.
Gal. 2:20
This Word is in the Bible but it must come into you. We always have the Bible, but it has nothing to do with me. Instead you say, “I’ll just grab onto your leg as you go to heaven,” you can’t do that; you have to believe in Christ.
“I have been crucified with Christ,” then who am I? It is the “me” before knowing Christ, it is the “me” of Gen. 3, it is the “me” who is the master of my own life, and that “me” has been crucified with Christ on the cross, and the “me” who was the master of my own life has died. It says, “I no longer live,” the “I” who is the master of my own life, but “Christ lives in me.” Christ living in me means this is the new “me” that has changed in Christ.
How must I live? “The life I now live” in the physical body, “I live by faith in the son of God Who loved me and gave Himself for me.” This must be my imprint. The incorrect imprint in me is, I am the master of my own life, and instead of letting go of it, I continue to hold onto it.
If you’re an honest person without knowing Christ, that’s more of a problem. Before I was a believer, I was not an honest person, there are some people who think they are very pure and innocent, “why do you brainwash us and say there is no problem when there is a problem?” They look at the world with incorrect imprints. Because they have this incorrect imprint, they see everyone incorrectly.
I talked to a newcomer today, they had the same thinking as me, “Why tear down old houses now and build better ones when no one can live in them?” It’s because my imprint was, “Instead of building nice buildings, help the poor and those in need.” I would look down on the pastor, “Why turn your back on homeless and helpless people, you low person?” In my 20s, I had this incorrect imprint and I said, “Why do religions turn their back on and do not partake in actually helping people? It’s just theory,” so I looked down on them a lot. While I was going to college, none of the college campus ministries stood out to me as I looked at different things.
For me, when I went to look at my company, there was LA Love Church next to me, but I didn’t even see it; I looked at other things instead, at what’s imprinted. One time, I was drunk and vomited on the LA Love Church, and I only noticed when I went back to Korea and saw it was a church. Because I was a new worker, they gave me so many drinks so I had no choice but to drink it all. The next morning, I woke up in a hotel and had food stains all over my shirt. I was in great trouble at the time because I needed to go to work. When I went out to buy a new shirt, all the stores were closed, and right next to the mall, there was the LA Love Church.
Right now if I went, I would first see the LA Love Church, but I saw everything besides that. I saw the pubs and karaoke rooms and my friend’s houses, so those were the only things I knew. I knew the place in front of my workplace was the place we’d meet. Because we have these incorrect imprints, what else can we do? We see everything incorrectly.
2 Cor. 5:17
Some people hold onto their past and nitpick, but the characteristic of those who have failed is those who try to find meaning in their past. There are some people who ignore the present and instead try to find hope in the future. That’s why they’re constantly in a present state that has nothing. The old has gone, the new is here; you’re a new creation. You have been made anew with Christ as your Master. This must become your imprint, this is how you must think. I’m a being to receive answers.
1 Thess. 5:16-18
Because Christ is your Master, you have a reason to be joyful. You must constantly ask the Lord. Give thanks in all circumstances, because God allowed it, so always begin with thanksgiving. This Word will never change. That’s why we don’t think before we do anything, we give thanks before we do anything. I met someone like your pastor? Let me just give thanks first. It would be better if he was nicer with his words? Just be thankful first and receive answers later.
Imprint, you must be satisfied with only Christ and this is how you can save the 3 Organizations in America. Even if no one helps you, if you have this, it’s the end.
God, we thank You. May the life of the evangelist become our answer. Help our church officers to be within the journey of receiving answers.
Let’s finish in five minutes. These days Rev. Ryu talks about Bartizan a lot. If you don’t think about the field, you’ll be confused about these words. Once you see the term and apply it in the field, you’ll know what Bartizan means.
When you go to the field, there’s a lighthouse. If there’s no boat, there’s no reason for there to be a lighthouse. I’m closing my eyes, “This gospel is good enough for me,” but I’m not able to see it in the field, then what’s the use of a lighthouse? There’s no reason to have a light post in the dark alleyway if you’re stuck at home. There is the light tower for airplanes, but if there’s no airplane, there’s no use for the towers.
You don’t see the airplanes so you wonder why we’re talking about these towers that have nothing to do with you. You have to change yourself. Instead, you have incorrect imprints, “Why does he constantly talk about the bartizan instead of words that give me grace?” Change yourself, see the field that is dying without the light. “I don’t want to see it. I’m older or younger or weak, is it okay if I don’t see this?” What does the Bible say? One day, when the flood comes, you and your family will die.
For yourselves and your future generations, build this Bartizan. But in Gen. 6, even though they received this word, they didn’t. Instead, they continued to live in what they were pleased with, what they wanted to do. Those were the sons of God. There was nothing we could do about it. For those people when there are disasters and spiritual problems, they don’t have the answer, so that’s why you need to raise and build the bartizan.
If you just remain at home, can you live? Can you live without going to school or the market? Can you live staying at home forever? If you receive the message in that manner, you’re not aligned with God. Because in your life you have your different fields, and there are things that are fulfilled through those things. Do you interact with animals? No, you interact with people. Do you get scarred by animals? You get scarred by people. Money moves back and forth through people.
The field, in the field there is darkness. But if you don’t realize that, you’re in great trouble. Instead, you’re making your own kingdom for yourself. There are people who say, “Why do you talk about the darkness? Why not just talk about hope and joy and happiness in the Kingdom of God?” Then you should just live in that way if you desire, a lot of white people are like this. They raise their own kingdoms, irrelevant to God.
Because this field has nothing to do with you, you have nothing to do with bartizan and these words. Within the bartizan is the platform. You must have something so people have no choice but to go to you. If you don’t have this, weird people will be attached to you instead. God’s things must come to you for people to be attached to you. But instead, you say, “Because I’m charming, people are attached to me,” but those are the weird people.
Because the Kingdom of God comes upon you, you don’t seem to have much but people are attracted to you. Who knows this? The people around you know this. Especially in the workplace, the people who know whether the boss is in a good or bad mood are the workers. But if I enjoy the spiritual things, all the people around you will know. Even though you can’t see it, they will know, and that’s how you influence them. That’s when people are attached to you, and when people attach themselves to you, give them this light. Give them the answer to the darkness. When you give them the answer, heal them with the Word. You combine that all together and that becomes the bartizan.
If we explain all this with different Bible verses, it would be hard to understand so we just call it, “Bartizan.” Why “Bartizan?” The Bible doesn’t say anything like that. Watchman. The watchmen is telling you to watch, and watchtower is the location from where you see, so what kind of watchman are you? You are the watchman who influences. What kind of influence? Not with words but the things of God, so you shine the light. So, if you don’t understand this, think of the example I gave regarding Hollywood.
It’s not hard to do but if you don’t know the field, you won’t understand, and that’s why the antenna, allow them to communicate with God, allow the future generations and remnants communicate with the 237 nations and be the middle ground for them. As the bartizan in your field, assign the location and build it.
I have been continuously praying for CSUN. I was telling Pastor Lee about CSUN regional church, and I told him, “I’m going to go there on Wednesdays with Tim,” and Pastor Lee said, “We originally had one in our church but the Assistant Pastor is currently in Korea,” and I asked, “When do you meet?” “Thursdays.” So, Tim can only meet at lunchtime, so Sharon said she can only go on Wednesday, so I said, “I’ll go to both for now,” for what reason do we gather together like this? The Bartizan, to shine the light.
In order to shine the light, I must enjoy it first, give the Word and allow them to enjoy it to shine the light. This is what we’re raising. But as you do this, if this is correct, God will allow it to continue. But if it’s not aligned with God’s will, it is a waste of time. If this is the time schedule that is correct, then God will allow it to happen. You must raise this bartizan in your workplace. You must do things that are aligned with God.
How are you imprinted? “If I do this, I may be fired,” but those are things Satan gives you. To save your workplace, you must raise the bartizan,” do you understand? For us, what has been imprinted doesn’t come out. Before I asked to do the Mark’s Upper Room meeting at her clinic, but she didn’t want to. If she’s afraid, that’s not the right time. But instead, if you say, “I’ll just do it on my own while praying,” then it’s a different time schedule now. But for Senior Deaconess Jung, she’s in Children’s Hospital but she’ll say she doesn’t have time, that’s what she thinks, but God allowed a situation where the bartizan can be raised. If you continue to pray, God will open the doors.
You need to pray for correct things, I didn’t ask anything of her because she’d say she’s busy, and so, if she’s not able to raise the bartizan, she’ll be afflicted, why? Because she’ll be afflicted by the darkness. How does the darkness come? It can be through patients or doctors. Or, the darkness can come through strange coworkers. Then, they will attack the things that approach the most. They will afflict you with your weak points until you say, “I don’t think I can do this anymore,” then later on, you’ll go to Assistant Pastor Lim, “This is a problem,” she’ll say, “Hold onto the pulpit message,” but anyone can say that. Relay the content of the pulpit.
Holding onto the pulpit is also great, too, because she hasn’t received the answer, so she’ll listen to it again. But instead of giving the answer, “Listen to it again and receive your answer yourself,” and until when? Until the bartizan is raised, you will continuously have this difficulty. You may think you’re benefitting more right now, but that is the incorrect imprint. But the Word of God says to raise the bartizan.
This correct word must come within you for you to pray about it, do you understand? You must understand this to relay this to Gospel. You must relay the correct things to your husband so he may do the correct things. If you don’t raise this bartizan, you have no choice but to do other things and wander around. Even for our beautiful Noorim, she will wander.
My daughter was just playing with her fingers today. It seems like Fanny studies until the early morning, and no one tells her to do that, so I thought maybe she’s possessed by some academic evil spirit. It’s the same for anybody. Know this and follow this direction as you pray. If you know what God desires, you will see how God works.
This remnant day message was focused on Summit Prayer, and how must the summit prayer take place in your field? In the superpower nation where the three organizations are taking control, the Jewish people are not able to enjoy this gospel and have fallen into a state of legalism. It’s the same message as today, Jesus Christ gave the message to the Jewish people but they didn’t understand so they fell. Teach the next generation the Summit Prayer.
What is the summit? They’ve already won, it means they’re at the summit, going forward. You are already going in, holding onto the covenant of world evangelization. You come to the conclusion of work evangelism before you go in, and that is the covenant. What happens if you don’t have this covenant? Then you have to work to survive, but it’s hard to do that. You have so much anger and emotion rising up from within you, “How much more do I have to endure?” you have this repetitive cycle, so you pray resentfully to God. “How could you do this to me?”
God allows them to do this to you, God makes them do it to you, but you ask, ‘Why are they doing this to me?” Instead, you say, “If God is alive, why would God do this to me?” Then your faith falls because you don’t pray. In your workplace, you must go within your workplace in the summit prayer, then all these incidences and circumstances will be good for you. Find the answer in your problem. Crises are opportunities. The evidence is in the Bible, when God allows these things to happen, it’s an opportunity for blessings.
Instead of trying to change the other person, change yourself. There’s something in you that leave you no choice but to be afflicted. You may think, “I don’t like those people, I don’t like the tone of their voice, I don’t like people who wear those types of clothing,” and you become afflicted the more you look. Instead of looking at the other person, look at yourself. Instead of listening to the tone of their voice, change your standard. That’s why when you do the summit prayer of things that will take place, you will receive those answers accordingly, and that’s what you must enjoy. The power that comes from the throne. I hope you will do this realistically. You pray in faith because it was promised to you, and you must actually do this for it to be relayed.
I really want to do this forum of how they pray. Depending on how they pray, that’s the color of their walk of faith. Depending on this covenant given to the Early Church, this must become the color of your walk of faith. It’s the same even now. That’s why now, don’t listen blank-mindedly because you heard this so many times, but pray for the Kingdom of God to be established. Receive the power of the throne. You age and receive limitations in your body, so do it as you breathe, consciously. If you’re not conscious of it, another thought will come to your consciousness.
That’s why for Buddhists and other transcendental meditation places, they teach you to look at the tip of your nose so you’re conscious of what you’re doing right now and breathe, so you don’t have any other thoughts. When you breathe, you become conscious and focus on it, so you’re concentrating. Why do we do this? We all have a conscience or else we have another thought in our consciousness, so we must be aware of our prayers as we pray.
If you just pray as if you’re falling asleep, that’s not prayer. You must be conscious of the covenant. Be aware of the covenant and focus on it. Do that Summit Prayer. The prayer that has no choice but to take place, the prayer that has no choice but to receive answers. The prayer that has no choice but to conquer America. That is the Summit Prayer you must do. You must actually taste this and do it so the next generation isn’t enslaved.
I worked at a company before, I studied for several years, and I also lived as a pastor in the state of nothingness and despair. I had all these experiences, so I’m trying to tell you, I’ve experienced the two. That’s how we develop and grow. If you don’t pray consciously like this, all the things people say around you will creep into you and influence you, subconsciously, and you won’t be able to overcome it because all these words are words of death and darkness; they will oppress you. You must constantly be conscious of and aware of the covenant, and that’s Summit Prayer.
Designate a time and receive that strength, that’s scheduled prayer. That’s what you must do. You must try it yourself to see the actual works. If you only have an image in your head, you’re not doing anything about it. We must relay this to the future generation to overcome the Three Organizations. The Three organizations aren’t something we can save; God will save it through us, and within this prayer of saving them, that is when God gives the answers and works.
I hope you try this out. Especially people who can’t remain still, you’ll realize you’re an anxious person who must constantly do something. You’ll realize why your children are also anxious. That’s when you realize why your child cannot remain still. As you remain still, wherever you are, whether you’re studying at school, have a time of prayer to become a normal person. So, before we relay this to the remnant, you must enjoy this first. If this doesn’t take place, everything becomes dark. Instead, you’ll say this and that is a problem. Of course, it’s a problem, and because this problem comes to you, you become afflicted and cannot relay the answer. If you’re able to do this, it’s not a problem to you. I hope you can do this kind of prayer and relay it to the future generation.
